My experience is definitely very positive. Clean, spacious apartment and well equipped with comforts... it is not in a central area or very close to the sea, but if you bring a bicycle, it takes five minutes to get to the sea. An apartment also has a space to keep bicycles... kitchen equipped with various equipment to be able to feel like in your own home, well air-conditioned. Really very satisfied. The Host is always very helpful and ready to answer you...

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

we were very satisfied with the place. Cesenatico was 20 minutes away on foot, the neighbors were very friendly and the apartment was tidy, and we also got bicycles from the hostess. we were very satisfied.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

The large patio/terrace in the back is a space that guarantees total privacy; functional bathrooms, well separated living area from the bedrooms. We will be back!! Highly recommended!!! The apartment is wonderful, as soon as I entered I smelled a delicious smell, which reminded me of home, from the photos it seems large but in person the house is huge and it is spectacular that it is in an area with all beautiful houses and villas in the center. The host was kind and friendly, due to an unforeseen event with my son, we arrived late, but with great availability they gave us an extra hour to check out, a very appreciated gesture! My kids loved the welcome cookies! The only thing is that we had a very long trip and we arrived very tired, but luckily the host responded in less than 5 minutes, ah I had a regenerating sleep, the mattress was of excellent quality, you could feel it. Finally, the parking included in the price was very satisfying, because otherwise we would have had difficulties. 5 stars super deserved, thanks again Veronica!

I went with a friend for a sports competition and we couldn't have 🙌 chosen better. We felt at home. The host family took care of all the details, even prepared dinner the first day we arrived very late!! The apartment is great (it is integrated into the residential area where they also live), the area is very quiet and beautiful and you have a pharmacy, some bars and a supermarket next door. Rimini is 15 minutes away by car. To repeat. Thank you so much for everything

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
