Everything is very good, family hotel, welcoming, friendly, room with air conditioning possible very functional, everything is perfect!!

Normally, when you stay in an Airbnb you have a great apartment or house in combination with a good location, a nice view or a garden. When you come to Roberto, you will find that it goes even further than that because he is an absolutely brilliant host. Roberto is easy to chat with, very accommodating and just super friendly. This makes the stay not only super memorable, but also one of the best Airbnb stays I've had to date.

Great location right in the heart of things and very close to beach. Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom, comfortable beds, good blackout blinds, powerful shower and plenty of hot water. There's a safe at no extra cost, air conditioning and free WiFi. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and really good coffee.

Roberto is a wonderful host—helpful, friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the stay and the chats we shared during breakfast time.

Are you looking for a wonderful stay with experienced and hospitable hosts? Then look no further. This is the accommodation you are looking for. Within a 2-minute walk you are on the beach, where you can then walk for about 5 minutes to the public beach, where you can relax. Want to discover Rimini itself instead of just the beach? That is also possible, there are bicycles available for a small price at the accommodation itself (recommended), but there are also electric scooters on the street. The hosts will gladly give you tips about the area, are happy to think along with you and create delicious breakfasts that will certainly satisfy your hunger. Thanks for welcoming us Mirko!

I stayed at this hotel and had a great time. The breakfast is really great: varied, plentiful and with lots of fresh produce. The staff is excellent, always friendly and available. The property is in the norm, but well maintained, and the location is convenient for getting around the area. Recommended!

Clean, welcoming, rich and very varied breakfast. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always present staff.

The junior suite, inside the hotel , was exactly as described. Remarkable is the fact that you have a sliding door to divide the two rooms between double beds and single beds, giving guests privacy. Amazing breakfast, very kind staff. The location was great and allowed you to get to the beach in a few minutes.

The villa was the perfect stay for our group, thank you very much Tatiana for your kindness and availability.

We were in Cervia for the International Festival of the Acquilone, the location of the hotel is perfect, a few dozen meters from the beach where the Festival is held. The staff is very friendly and helpful, on the day of checkout they also allowed us to leave the car in their parking lot for the rest of the day although check-out was by 10 a.m. Hotels to recommend especially if you like us come for the Festival.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but we had a really good time. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and welcoming. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from both the free and equipped beach, so it is suitable for any need. We will definitely return when we have the opportunity.

Emilio (the hotel host) was kind and always ready to help. Emilio provided us flexibility for our check-in request and allowed us to leave our luggage there after our check-out (while we had a walk on the beach). The hotel and our room was as described, clean and comfortable. The breakfast sufficient with various pastries, toast, fruit juice, fruit jams, yoghurt and so on. The hotel location is ideal for the beach (very close) and many nice restaurants are nearby. We walked from and to the Rimini train station and that was nice and easy 20 min walk through a lovely park. I can recommend Emilio's hotel without hesitation and i will check it for available room next time too when i travel there.

Beautiful stay and very good food!

Egle and her husband were very helpful and kind, they made us feel at home. Beachfront hotel in a very serviced area.... very clean room. Breakfast is plentiful for all tastes and dietary needs, as for those who follow the vegan diet. We stayed one night and since the next day it was cloudy, instead of going to the sea we opted for the hotel pool even after leaving the room. Experience to repeat for sure. rating 10

Good hotel located in the Miramare area of Rimini, about halfway between Riccione and the more central areas. There are several restaurants and/or bars in the area (on weekends it is always advisable to book well in advance). The area is quite quiet, so if you want to go out in the evening you have to move; the presence of services such as Lime (and BIT to a lesser extent) allows you to move comfortably between the center of Rimini and Riccione in about 15 minutes.
