Roberta's place is super clean, the area is nice, and it's easy to get there! There is also reserved parking under the house, which is a plus.

A perfect house, very close by car to the fair, the house is very spacious and has everything you need. The terrace is the icing on the cake

The apartment has a great roof terrace and is located in the non-touristy part of Pesaro, which we liked. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were really good. We had problems with the key app, as others have described here. Katia came to the rescue and gave us a physical key. What should also be noted is that the house is not directly on the street, but set back above a driveway.

We stayed at Renata’s place for 4 nights while my wife was attending a conference in Rimini. Renata’s place is in a perfect location. Close to the main downtown area and only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beaches. It is a cozy comfortable space that we felt really comfortable in. Parking was super easy as well. We would highly recommend staying at Renata’s place.

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

At a time when I really needed it, I found Roberto's apartment, and it was wonderful for the days when I needed to rest. Roberto is also a wonderful, kind person, he helped me in many ways and I am very grateful. The apartment is impeccable and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, extremely clean, comfortable, bright, with a wonderful energy. I've been traveling for two years and I've stayed in countless Airbnbs around the world and this was definitely the best I've ever stayed. I recommend it to everyone!

Excellent location a 5 minute walk from the waterfront, Fabrizio a fantastic host, the sofa bed is comfy, easy to check in and out, good value for money and easy to recommend for a group of friends.

I'm having a great stay. Hosts have been helpful, including in emergencies. The apartment is very clean, with all the necessary things to live there for even a month. Bottles of water were waiting for us. It's a good idea to bring the basics like salt, pepper, tea, if you plan to cook something yourself in the kitchen. There was a lot of space on the balcony, and we could store bikes. Close to bakery, pharmacy, small grocery stores, Metromare station. Great pizzeria Da Vinci about 3 minutes on foot. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot with a long promenade connected to the bike path.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked how dark we could make the rooms during the night with the electric shutters.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival, Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond when there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is quite close to the sea, but it is all very built up, hotels and restaurants have probably taken over the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the nearby area was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

Very nice, small apartment. Everything you need was there. The terrace with the whirlpool, a highlight. The hosts are very nice, likeable and helpful.

Tommaso is a very welcoming and helpful person. He recommended a great place to dine with a breathtaking view. We had a great time, a delightful, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic center. A place of peace and nature all around, where you can relax from the daily routine. I spent a few days at Eleonora's, with my partner and my 9-year-old granddaughter. The house had everything we needed: the apartment was clean and very bright, well ventilated and equipped. Even though it doesn't have an elevator, we didn't struggle to move around easily. Our expectations have been fully met. The neighborhood was quiet, but at the same time very close to the promenade and various clubs. Eleonora was available and welcoming and provided us with all the information we could have needed. I personally recommend it to families, but also to couples looking for leisure and relaxation. Marina from Padua.

Exceptional welcome, attentive team, very warm and attentive. Direct access to the private beach from the residence,apartment as described, clean with balcony and sea view from almost all apartments. I recommend, a very good value for money for a family stay.

Amazing space and location. Omar's was spotless, the bed was so comfy, the kitchen although we didn't really use it was very well equipped. Some lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep to. 15 minute stroll into Misano and a fantastic little beach 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Omar 😊

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
