Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Riccione

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

The house was nothing short of fantastic! Everything in the house is designed with precision and attention to detail, 1 minute's walk from the center of Cattolica with all amenities and restaurants/beaches. Stefano is a fantastic host, super helpful and welcomed us in the best possible way! We will definitely return to Cattolica and stay here! Thank you for having us!

Giovanna's house is very suitable if you want to discover the area of Rimini - but not live directly on the beach. You can quickly reach the highway, but you still live in a relatively quiet place. There is a nice village center with cafe and ice cream parlor - and in the neighboring town of Cattolica about 5 minutes away great supermarkets. The house has obviously been completely renovated only recently - and therefore very modern and stylishly furnished. Everything you need is available - so you don't have to bring the entire household with you. The contact with Giovanna was direct, friendly and smooth, you get clear and descriptive instructions in advance, everything is as described. After a few days, we left with the feeling that we had made the right decision. If the opportunity arises we will be very happy to come again.

We stayed for 3 nights with our two children at Stefano's and we liked it very much! The location was very, very quiet and you could get to the subway very quickly on foot, where we could reach all sights easily The Vatican was within walking distance. The small balcony was really wonderful for sitting outside, where we could enjoy our Prosecco, which was already chilled for us by the host. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt completely comfortable! We would come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable in Giovanni's villa. Giovanni is a fantastic host – always friendly, communicative and easy to reach. He personally guided us around on arrival and was at our side with helpful information. The villa is located on a spacious plot with several beautiful terraces. The private terrace in particular impresses with a magnificent view over the valley, the olive trees and the castle. The furnishings leave little to be desired: a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as homemade oil, vinegar and herbs from the garden. Fresh water is also available. Sleeping and seating furniture are comfortable and the accommodation was clean. Giovanni and his family live next door, always present, but discreet. He gave us valuable tips for excursions, restaurants and the surrounding area. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to take beautiful day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Riccione and to quieter places. Thank you!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Very pleasant vacation in Gabicce Monte in a very quiet and restful area. The accommodation is essential, not new, overall tidy and well maintained, for our needs it was comfortable and practical. The pool borders a pleasant alternative to the sea. Titti is a responsive host, capable and fully able to respect the privacy of its customers. I recommend this place to those who love to move between beautiful Romagna and the enchanting hinterland of the Marche.

The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

Very large house, a stone's throw from the sea, you can easily reach everything on foot. Alberto was welcoming and helpful for any eventuality, always available for everything.

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delicious: cozy, clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything, equipped with a very comfortable parking space and outdoor space that opens to a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic pearl, it offers the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended on the expanse of the sea. An additional peculiarity: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, they were once probably communicating, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for the holiday. Furthermore, it is located directly on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some of them. The communication was very quick. All in all, a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

This apartment is a gem, surrounded by a beautiful garden perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. Letizia was very helpful, quick to respond and efficient! The best you can find in Rimini!

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

The apartment has a great roof terrace and is located in the non-touristy part of Pesaro, which we liked. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were really good. We had problems with the key app, as others have described here. Katia came to the rescue and gave us a physical key. What should also be noted is that the house is not directly on the street, but set back above a driveway.

A wonderful stay – thank you, Veronica! We were able to spend a few great days in Veronica's accommodation and are absolutely thrilled. She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically - you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. Everything you need was really there - you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we can absolutely recommend her and her accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

At a time when I really needed it, I found Roberto's apartment, and it was wonderful for the days when I needed to rest. Roberto is also a wonderful, kind person, he helped me in many ways and I am very grateful. The apartment is impeccable and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, extremely clean, comfortable, bright, with a wonderful energy. I've been traveling for two years and I've stayed in countless Airbnbs around the world and this was definitely the best I've ever stayed. I recommend it to everyone!

we stayed here for a small relaxing vacation with our dog Kora, Francesco and Pamide were immediately very kind and friendly even with our dog!! Always ready to respond to our every need during our stay, also in giving us directions on places to visit and in providing us with directions to great bars and restaurants in the area. The house was clean, with a nice large terrace, and equipped with every comfort!Very close to the sea and all the facilities we needed! We practically never used the car! What to say... they made us feel at home!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic for our weekend stay for World SBK! The bicycles were my favorite part, and I wish more hosts did the same. We were able to bike to Misano World Circuit (~7km) and the beach (~2km). We walked to a Lidl (grocery store) <1km away. The location was convenient for us, but not in the midst of all the ruckus and traffic. The host met us personally at check-in to tour and handoff keys. Note: There is a kids football field about 2 blocks from the place. Games last almost all day Sat and Sun. The cheering and horns are very audible from the airbnb, which may be annoying, but we didn't mind! Also, not sure if there was central a/c and we just couldn't figure out the thermostat, but we just used the tower fans. The fans work very well and blow cooled air. However, it is definitely not the same as full Air Conditioning. With the fans, we still slept soundly and were not sweaty through the night. Lastly, the garage is not attached to the apt unit. You must go outside, around the back.
