Monthly Rentals in Rattlesnake Canyon

This home was cozy and a perfect place for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and the shower ginormous and wonderful! Could have taken an hour long shower! The home is a block from a great Mexican restaurant and within a couple blocks of others including great coffee shops! The hosts were quick to respond and are very easy going and accommodating!

Such an amazing stay! Cathy communicates well and was an amazing host. The house is beautiful and has multiple rooms that you can rent out. We enjoyed getting to know the other travelers staying at Cathy’s place— we shared common spaces such as the kitchen— but had a wonderful quiet private suite to stay in. The bed was very comfy, the house was clean, and we were able to bring our dog! Cathy provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Cassandra’s place is cute, quiet and close to all the restaurants and shops of Fruita. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her place! The bed is comfy which was such a treat after a fun filled day of mountain biking and hiking and yoga!

We really enjoyed this AirBNB. It was clean and well appointed. Great on-site parking. Bike storage shed was really nice to have. The location is excellent. Very short walk to shops and restaurants. Easy access to 18 Road and Kokopelli trails. We would definitely stay here again.
