Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

I've stayed before and would stay again! The home has the perfect Mexican charm with a great view that's centrally located to great restaurants and the Malecon. Eva, as always is super welcoming and makes you feel at home with helpful/local recommendations.

amazing location! host was very responsive and the place was extremely clean as well. really nice that they provide chairs and an umbrella for the beach. nice that the building actually has two pools as well. would definitely book again :)

Great place, very clean space and complete to feel right at home. Water pressure was just like home with plenty of towels. The facilities included like the gym, the pool and hot tub with spa were a nice addition. You can catch very nice sunsets right from the infinity pool at the top, also you can see the big cruise boats coming to port. There is a big food store near-by Chedaui which is within walking distance. Also, there is an Oxo right across the building. There is a public beach entrance near-by, we were very happy with our stay in this condo. The only thing that was a little compromised was the beds were a little bit smaller than we were used to, other than that everything else was great. We definitely will stay again in this property next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

My wife and I enjoyed the condo and our stay in PV. The pool is just as nice as it looks in the photos. The room has an excellent view and is very comfortable. Everything in the condo feels very premium. It's located firmly in the Hotel Zone. You can use Uber very quickly to get to any place you want to go. The building is a new construction and very modern. A few things to note: The beaches in PV can be a bit rocky. "Colorado" style river rocks are common. Bring some water shoes. The check-in process is long and a little klunky, but the communication was very quick when we had questions. As of May 2025, there is construction next door. The way the condos are set up really doesn't affect the experience during the day. There are chickens in the open lot, though, and the Roosters like to talk in the morning. The pool is awesome, but there is no bar. The loungers can fill up quickly in the morning. Plan accordingly.

Very good place. The positive thing is... very well located, excellent view. Close to everything. Easy to get to and comfortable. The only issues I had, which are very minor, are the access with the password, the keyboard is not very precise, I struggled a little to enter as it fails a little. The door to the main bedroom and bathroom doesn't close properly, the wood is swollen. Minor but correctable details. It was a pleasant stay because of the place and the location, the communication is very good. And I passed it with a 9/10 rating.

Absolutely one of the most gorgeous Airbnbs I ever stayed at. I can't say enough about the place itself, just architecturally a stunning structure built onto the mountains above Puerto Vallarta, and so beautifully appointed. We were so happy just to spend time in our unit with its open, breezy deck and the view of the city and the ocean, and the common spaces are great too. Went into the dipping pool several times on the hot days. Also Susan herself is a terrific host, immediately responsive through messages and with tons of great suggestions for time spent in town. And her staff, Felipa and Ismael, were lovely and kept the place in great shape. Location is terrific for a twelve minute (steep) walk or four minute car ride into Zona Romantica which is basically paradise for a lover of street tacos (me). We could hear music from nearby hotels in the daytime. But was a great time on our honeymoon week adventuring from and relaxing at Casa de los Arcos, and we'll return when in PV again.

It has a beautiful view, the apartment is very nice and the best thing is that it is CLOSE to everything, we were about 10 minutes by car from the esplanade, I definitely recommend the place 100%!

These guys were amazing… from assistance at airport arrival and departure, to continued communication, to grocery shopping with us. They turned things over to Alex upon check-in, who was also amazing. He showed us around the place, gave great instructions, and even assisted us in arranging an excursion activity. The condo was very clean and as described. Both Tony and Alex gave recommendations on restaurants and we tried a few- All wonderful. The condo has beautiful views. It was clean, restaurants and beaches are walkable, and we always felt safe. It was a perfect trip for my daughter and I. Venture out and try things!! Thanks Tony!! All three of you are wonderful. Hope to see you guys in July!!

Stayed here 2 nights and it was perfect all the way around, on suggestion is if they can provide shampoo and soap.

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place was definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, they were of great help to us! I would definitely go back and recommend it without a second thought. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Versalles neighborhood is our fave in PV, and staying at Christopher’s place was icing on the cake. It is beautifully decorated (love the wall art), and you actually feel like you are in Mexico. Some places are so sterile but not this one. The pool was awesome. Long enough to do laps, and such great views. The apartment had everything you need. And Maria, the onsite support, was awesome. Great restaurants all around, plus La Comer a few block away. We hope to come back soon.

Great location, place was a lot bigger than expected clubs and bar across the street so be prepared to hear music until 6am. Place was very clean and well equipped with everything one could need I would absolutely recommend.

Laura’s place was wonderful! It had all we could need, comfortable furniture, great decorations! We felt right at home. We had two issues during our stay. One was the battery on the keypad needed to be replaced and Laura sent batteries right away. We did have an issue with water pressure in the master bedroom as well as issues with the water temperature. The temperature would go from very hot to freezing in an instant. By the end of our stay, there really was not any hot water at all. Laura did however address the issue and sent some maintenance workers over right away. Unfortunately it was a bigger problem that could not be solved during our stay. Besides this, everything was amazing and I would absolutely stay here again. Things happen, and all that mattered was Laura did what she could to try to get thr issue fixed. We rented a second unit upstairs, and it was nowhere near as nice as Laura’s place. I definitely recommend her place, we felt right at home!

This place was even better than pictured. Perfect location in PV. Rick is THE BEST host and communicated quickly. The management team he partners with could not be better - greeted us at the lobby and let us check in an hour early. Amazing place....enjoyed reading on the balcony as well enjoyed the incredible pool. We will be back

We loved everything about this property. The views are amazing and location can't be beat. We loved the rooftop pool. Walking distance to coffee, grocery and restaurants. The "dirt road" some mentioned to get to the property is actually cobblestone and not as scary as some made it sound imo. It's also only 1 block long. Uber was easy when needed. We'll definitely be returning.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, serene getaway - this place is for you. It is walkable to so many restaurants & cafes. There’s a grocery store around the corner. I’m a marathon runner a ran ~20km/day. There are bike lanes and I felt extremely safe, even into the late evening. There’s a track less than 1km away. The condo faces the ocean & has the most stunning view! I can’t say enough great things. It was perfect and I will be back!

Excellent location, it's the same as the shared photographs, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At reception they took care of us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay overall! There was a brief issue with the water going out during our visit, but the host was very communicative and transparent about the situation. It was out of his control, and we really appreciated how he kept us updated. The apartment was just as expected, with beautiful decorations and everything spotless. The location was perfect and completely walkable to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We also felt very safe with 24-hour security in the lobby, which was a big plus. The pool area was gorgeous and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again!

The stay is all perfect, very pleasant, you feel at home, the loft has everything you need and a little more to be comfortable and enjoy, the pools are incredibly clean, there are 24/7 staff to support you and the sea view from the balcony location is great.
