Holiday rentals with breakfast in Puerto Vallarta

Our stay was exceptional! The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly located, with breathtaking views. Shelley was always helpful. Special thanks to Juan, who was very kind and attentive, making our experience remarkable. I loved staying here! It was exactly what I was looking for: comfy, secure, and centrally located. There’s also A/C and WiFi. And a ceiling fan above the king bed, if you’re into that, which you should be! (I forgot how much I missed having a fan above the bed.) The common areas are super nice and clean. There’s a mini fridge! You can walk pretty much everywhere throughout the city. The host was super responsive, kind, and helpful with local recommendations, questions, etc. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Thank you 🙏

We had an absolutely amazing experience. This house is pure luxury with 5 star service. Our group had one of the best vacations ever and the staff was exceptional. We had almost every meal prepared by the chef and it was restaurant quality with one of the best views of the ocean. Denis and the local staff were responsive, helpful and took care of every detail. The house is better in reality than in the pictures. It is 5 levels, with private suites at every level and a view from every corner of the house. Thank you Denis! Our group is already talking about booking a trip again for next year.

I liked Soco's house. She's a very well organized woman and very clean. As soon as I arrived, I felt at ease and welcome. My very large room with two very comfortable beds, a patio door overlooking the garden, allowed me to have my coffee there every morning on the terrace. Breakfast is always ready no matter what time you wake up. A bus on the corner takes you to the city center without a problem. I'd definitely go back. Excellent stay in Álvaro's apartment, he was always attentive to our comfort and Armando, the boy who lives there, super friendly, always supporting any questions we had. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Our group had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casey’s and Chris’ Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy linens to the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful house desing. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located near great local spots. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. You can tell Casey genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Sofia was very helpful and easy going. Her place is in a great location and I loved the coffee and lunch place right next door. Her dog Lola was a sweetie pie who made my stay feel even more like home.

Beautiful stay in this penthouse unit of Villa Magna condos. Views from the balcony and beach location was exquisite. The condo itself was so well stocked- plenty of linens, kitchen ready to cook and beach items. Host was amazing and quick to answer any questions! 10/10

The space is even more stunning in person—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The views were breathtaking, the location was perfect, and Ethel was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and so welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting PV!

Very pleased with our stay at Martha's condominium.

We stayed in the Cortez suite for 4 nights, there were four of us in the room and it was more than enough space. The hotel is charming & beautiful. The host is completely lovely and helpful. You will not regret booking here, we had the best time. I would absolutely re-book here without hesitation!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for one week in August and had such a great time. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony every day with the beautiful ocean view. It has very easy beach access. Walk right out the back of the building and you’re steps away from Mantamar, green chairs, and blue chairs. It’s also only a few blocks from the heart of ZR with all of the restaurants and bars. Not many people were staying in the building when we were there. We had the pool to ourselves all week. There is some noise from Mantamar during the day and the rooftop club next door at night, but it didn’t really bother us. This was a perfect spot for an introvert/extrovert couple. My husband enjoyed being right in the heart of all the action, and I enjoyed a as much of that as I wanted and then escaped to the peace and quiet of the this beautiful condo, the pool, and the beach.

Beautiful, peaceful, quiet place. I stayed in two different suites (due to availability) and you really can’t go wrong anywhere. Hospitality is great. You hear the ocean crashing when you sleep. Very therapeutic and thoughtful design of the hotel. For me personally, my favorite place I have ever stayed at. -You would be wrong to not stay at least once, or even one night here. I would definitely come back.

Guillermo, Veronica and Augustus treated me like family. Veronica's breakfast and foods were sooooo tasty! Internet connection was fantastic. If you need to take a lot of calls while working perhaps a room facing to the back of the house would be more helpful. The house is located centrally so you can walk everywhere. I could jog to Zona Romantica in about 15 mins each day. The views are rooftop are terrific. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I wish the hosts all the very best!

Willy was such a great and kind host. He warmly welcomed me on my arrival and very responsive with his communication. He gave me helpful advice and tips. I got injured and he responded right away with a first aid kit. I enjoyed my stay, the place is close to everything and I love unwinding in the balcony at night. Gracias Willy!

absolutely amazing hosts! very accommodating, helpful, friendly and funny. took me on a tour of the neighborhood and gave me the best local taco spot, even let me stay past check out so I didn't have to wander while I waited for my flight to come in! 10/10 would stay again

This beautiful riverside boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, with everything you need close by. The staff was amazing—so helpful and personable, making my stay extra special. I loved starting my mornings with yoga in the courtyard next to the river—it was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were not only beautiful but also very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed staying at Guillermo and Veronica's place for a few days. They were very hospitable. I really appreciated the lovely breakfasts they prepared - different every day. I happened to be there for New Year's Eve, and they invited all of us guests to join them for a New Year's dinner. With family, friends and guests there were over 20 people for dinner, and it was delicious. We then watched the fireworks together from the roof - Guillermo and his family's hospitality went above and beyond. The property itself is older, however they have made very nice improvements with electric door locks, A/C in the rooms, and flat screen TV's. My room was basic but very comfortable. I was very impressed with the hot water and water pressure (very good for Mexico). The street outside is very busy and can be noisy, but that's par for the course in Puerto Vallarta (earplugs helped me sleep like a baby). Overall I was very impressed and would be happy to go back.
