It is very well located, very clean, has the whole apartment, iron, hair dryer, very good experience!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was fabulous. Comfortable, clean, very nicely decorated. It was a joy for our little family group to be there. The soaking pool on the balcony really made my husband happy. He said it was the first cool water he'd been in while in PV. We'd been staying at other places for a week already. The Kovay Gardens grounds are beautiful, and all the staff was super kind & friendly. The golf cart rides were much appreciated. It was hot, and even walking up to security to catch an Uber was a real effort, unless it was after dark. 😆 Loved the stay! Would happily do it again!

We loved the accommodation, we felt at home, ideal to enjoy the terrace and the private pool, 100% recommended for those looking for a comfortable and relaxing space, thank you, we will definitely return!!!

we had a great time. The building is secure with a lock at the front door that's easy to enter by punching in a code. The rooftop pool is amazing. a great place to go and escape and look over all of Mexico. the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. there was a lot of construction going on but it didn't bother us. we mainly were walking around and exploring or we rented a car and took in some sites. The place was clean. the air conditioner worked great and we were very close to all the amenities. I would definitely rent again.

We absolutely adored our stay! Right in a bustling part of town with amazing restaurants, parks, and just a short drive from nearby historical sites. We absolutely will look to book again next time we’re in town. Augustine was very supportive brought the stay, and proactive in making sure we were comfortable and safe!

Great and comfortable stay!

STAY HERE…if you want a beautiful, safe, quiet retreat, easily accessible to all Sayulita has to offer! Everything was perfect! We LOVED the A/C as well. This is our second time coming to Sayulita and would prefer to stay here again over our first accommodations-especially since the AC was throughout the entire house. We traveled with our teenage son, and it was lovely to have him downstairs with his own room and bathroom. Definitely enough space for the 3 of us! Hosts were lovely and attentive. I have nothing but wonderful words and memories for this beautiful spot! We will be back!

The accommodation is very nice, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Access to the parking lot is simple and secure. Hosts are always on the lookout and willing to attend. The location is very central and easy to find. The only disadvantage of the location is the noise, but it is logical as it is just a few blocks from downtown. It's one of the best places we've stayed at, definitely 😌

Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Alexanders place was great. Lovely views, all the things you need and a beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed it. There are a lot of hill around, which we didn't mind but it something people should be aware of. We loved being able to walk to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants.

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

Very nice place, there is an oxxo and a Walmart very close. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go again. I appreciate the attention of always being attentive

Wow! Wow! Wow! We absolutely loved everything about this place! It was so close to everything. Great food and the beach was less than a five minute walk. Ebony was wonderful throughout our entire stay. She really thought of everything! We felt so comfortable here and it was definitely our vibe. We were worried about the bar down stairs being loud at night but we honestly didn’t hear much during our stay. We most definitely will be back here . Our stay was amazing . Ebony has so many things she recommends to do and places to eat and drink, and every single one was amazing. Don’t think about it just book your stay here !!!!

This unit has beautiful ocean bay views, and the sunsets were amazing! The place accurately matches the photos and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is plenty to do within a short walk in all directions. While the frameless sliding glass doors are nice for views, there was noticeable street noise at night that might be a consideration for light sleepers. The building lobby and roof terrace are a nice experience, and roof top pool is a superb place to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you!

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place was definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, they were of great help to us! I would definitely go back and recommend it without a second thought. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place, very clean space and complete to feel right at home. Water pressure was just like home with plenty of towels. The facilities included like the gym, the pool and hot tub with spa were a nice addition. You can catch very nice sunsets right from the infinity pool at the top, also you can see the big cruise boats coming to port. There is a big food store near-by Chedaui which is within walking distance. Also, there is an Oxo right across the building. There is a public beach entrance near-by, we were very happy with our stay in this condo. The only thing that was a little compromised was the beds were a little bit smaller than we were used to, other than that everything else was great. We definitely will stay again in this property next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

Perfect place to stay in! Everything is 5 min to 10min walk away. Great views of the town and the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

The excellent place only that in our case we carried some things then the stairs were a little annoying but in reality it was a pretty nice place with a spectacular view definitely to come back, only with less luggage 🤭
