Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Puerto Vallarta

I went for the sole purpose of disconnecting from the work day and relaxing on the beach with my boxer dog, and it was achieved! The loft is beautiful and super suitable, it has everything you need The condominium staff at all times are super friendly and respectful. obviously there are rules and you have to take care of the facilities but both me and my dog treated us super well. has easy access to the beach and is a very nice beach perfect for swimming and walking Diego was aware that everything was perfect and he didn't miss out on any details to make it so. He's an excellent host. I would definitely go back, spend a few magical days.

Amber is the kind of host I like having. Very responsive, accomodating and made her home really comfortable. I would stay here again and again.

The stay was very comfortable. The place is quite clean and modern. And the view from the pool is amazing. The host was on the lookout, and there is security at the entrance.

We had to find another location last minute due to our original rental not having water for a day and a half and Janeth was very quick to respond to our request! It was clean, quiet, and with a great rooftop pool view to the ocean! Definitely recommend and would stay here again if we decide to come to PV!

Excellent location , near restaurants, malls and beach clubs. The place was very clean and functional. We only would like that the fees charged upon arrival to be included in the rate so as not to have any problems with cash and 8 person group.

The VIEW from the 18th floor is spectacular ! Sitting on the deck looking at the ocean with amazing sunsets and watching the cruise ships “what a wonderful vacation”. The condo is exactly as it was described and the pictures don’t due it justice . The condo is fully stocked of everything you need to stay for a short time or extended holiday. The condo was exceptionally clean and very modern. The pool area is HUGE you don’t feel like you are on top of people. Whats nice is the Peninsula is right on the beach and steps to the ocean. Communication with the owner is excellent , Sharon is the person who meets with you and gets you settled. I have travelled many places and used Air BnB and this place is absolutely the best to date. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a beautiful view of the ocean, a great location that is in walking distance to the Malls, Downtown, Marina etc…Can’t wait to come Back

The best thing about my accommodation was Andrew, he was always concerned about everything being perfect, and although there were minor details Andrew always solved them immediately and that makes it worthwhile because you don't feel like you're left alone

Very nice place. Rooftop pool is awesome. Relatively short walk to beach. Need to take cooler and chairs to beach because the chairs available there are just a few and usually occupied. Very nice place, looks like new.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Christian’s home in Puerto Vallarta, aptly named La Casa Perfecta—“the perfect house.” At first, I thought the name might be an exaggeration, but after experiencing it firsthand, I can confidently say it lives up to its reputation. If I could, I would move in year-round without hesitation. One of the features I truly appreciated was the single-level layout, which made everything easily accessible. Despite that, the house is impressively spacious. Most of my time was spent outdoors, either lounging by the pool or taking a refreshing dip. The backyard was wonderfully serene, offering a peaceful escape that felt like my own private paradise. Christian himself is an incredibly kind and generous host. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The private room was equally impressive—spacious, featuring a cozy bed, and even a TV with all my favorite U.S. channels.

The space matches the description and what is shown in their photos. The pool features hot water. All the spaces were clean and comfortable

Just like at home! A really pleasant stay, the house is perfect conditions, everything is very clean and tidy. My family and I will definitely be back. The hosts are very attentive, friendly and always attentive.

Place was beautiful and had 2 balconies on opposite sides of the condominium which was great as we got beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset every day. Place was fear and very well taken care of. Can’t really ask for more when you have an ocean front property and the ocean is a few steps away. Description of the property was spot on. My family and I will definitely be looking at staying at this property on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta and have shared the information with our family and friends. Enrique was an excellent host. His concierge staff was also amazing to work with the place was lovely when we did have a couple of small issues. He was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed and I would absolutely stay there again thank you Enrique.

Wow! What an awesome place! Beautiful decor and spacious. If you like to cook, the kitchen has all the room you need and all the cookware and utensils invented by modern man. Great ocean view on the patio where you can witness brilliant sunsets and watch numerous hummingbirds dart around the feeders. Plentiful hot water and there is purified water on tap. Cleanliness appears to be a priority. The condo was spotless when we arrived. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, for which the host provided recommendations. We mostly walked into the central romantic zone to explore, shop and casual dining, opting to Uber for evening dining. You can get an Uber in about 5 mins. Being on the south side of PV, it was an easy trip to Mismaloya Beach, Boca de Tomatlan and the Botanical Gardens. The host's optional VIP pickup is what I recommend when arriving at the airport. Host and co-hosts are very gracious and responsive. We will definitely be enjoying this property again!

Amazing place with great pool for kids and steps away from the beach. We were also able to order food at home via room service which was very convenient when traveling with kids. Would love to stay here again!

The condo was absolutely AWEmazing. Unparalleled views of the City. extremely spacious, modern decor, all the amenities of home. Jesus was phenomenal, readily available with suggestions as well as to respond to all our queries. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!!

Francisco was very helpful. He responded quickly. The place is as seen in the photos, 100% clean and has everything you need. Plus, it leaves a water jug and comes out of the refrigerator, convenient. Very nice views. Close to everything. The airport is 10 minutes away. The village and handicraft market 15 min. Costco 10 min. The air conditioners are working at 100%. I loved it and I'll definitely be back.
