Waterfront holiday rentals in Puerto Vallarta

This was our second stay at Orchid in the last 11 months. It is so wonderful we simply can't get enough. The views, staff, food, and atmosphere are unrivaled. The type of vacation that makes you want to stay in the unit all day long. Hanz is superb at making sure everything you need is taken care of from the moment you land to the moment you leave. Jonathan and Saul at the rooftop are so attentive and fun. I fully recommend this place and can't wait to come back again soon!

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

Very good place. The positive thing is... very well located, excellent view. Close to everything. Easy to get to and comfortable. The only issues I had, which are very minor, are the access with the password, the keyboard is not very precise, I struggled a little to enter as it fails a little. The door to the main bedroom and bathroom doesn't close properly, the wood is swollen. Minor but correctable details. It was a pleasant stay because of the place and the location, the communication is very good. And I passed it with a 9/10 rating.

It is located at the perfect height of the building if you do not want to have conflict with high floors. The view from the balcony to both twin beaches is wonderful

What a beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed place to call home for 10 days! Michelle was very responsive to all my questions, especially as with regards to internet service, since I had to work during most of my time there. The views are breathtaking, as others have pointed out. The pool area is probably the best I've seen in PV, comparable to Pinnacle's or Pier57's. Highly recommend this unit for a short-term or long-term stay!

The stay is all perfect, very pleasant, you feel at home, the loft has everything you need and a little more to be comfortable and enjoy, the pools are incredibly clean, there are 24/7 staff to support you and the sea view from the balcony location is great.

Stayed here while my friends had their wedding at the Dreams hotel (we dont recommend anyone gets married at the Dreams, it was a mess). The room is very comfortable, easy to get in and out of and an uber downtown is like 5 minutes. The area is up and coming, I assume soon there will be plenty of restaurants in an easily walkable position to the condo. The pools are great too, it was nice to lounge and relax.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful time staying at Lourdes’ property. She was a great host, super responsive to all our questions and proactively shared recommendations for people to reach out to, places to eat/explore, and things to do. Would recommend.

As soon as we arrived, Monica welcomed us like we were her family! She showed us that she was very happy to see us! Monica is exceptional, attentive to everything we ask, she is not required. She makes sure we don't miss anything! She keeps us informed of any situation going on in the neighborhood. The house was spotless, very clean, welcoming, and it feels safe. The neighbors are very nice, the house is very well located, a short walk to the market, restaurants, taquerias. Walmart is an 8 minute walk, everything is very close, everything is on foot. Monica gives advice about her city, places and restaurants to go, etc. Without hesitation, we will return to this house! We left sad after a 2-month stay from February to April, but we intend to go back! Our best long-term stay in this beautiful city! I recommend the house and especially the host!

An Excellent place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta. The huge house, comfortable, modern and functional. The great pool and hot tub. The temperature of the Jacuzzi allows you to enjoy it from the early hours of the day to the night. Exceptional cleaning and maintenance staff. Restaurants, plaza, places of distraction, adventures and beaches super close by. Undoubtedly the best place to Hospedarse in Nuevo Vallarta.

Had a lovely stay! Perfect location for a large group/family. Private and safe. Marlene, Tony and their property manager, Jorge, were very responsive and proactive about any questions or issues. The house is beautiful and well-equipped (with a very clean and well-maintained grill!). A small, private beach is a short walk down the hill (with a nice amount of shade!) - there are beach chairs, an umbrella, small cooler, etc. at the house for you to use, which was thoughtful and helpful. The walk might be difficult for some, but my children (ages 2 and 5) were able to walk down without issue (the 2-year-old did need to be carried back up). Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent place. Very close to everything but in a fairly quiet area. Flexible check-in and check-out times, and the best part is that they accept pets.

We had a nice and relaxing time at Josh’s place. It was very clean and the size for the 5 of us and amazing views. We had arrived early and we were able to check in earlier. Location was great too.

We had a wonderful time at this property, and the host, Douglas, communicated effectively and efficiently thereby making the preparations super easy. The place itself is fantastic, with an excellent bedroom, bathrooms, and living room, and a great balcony with wonderful views of Puerto Vallarta. We would very much like to return at some point, as the condo, the proximity to the beach and restaurants and nightlife were all within a few blocks. And we can just talk about the amazing rooftop L-shaped infinity pool? No words to describe the incredible views and experience of floating above Banderas Bay and Playa Los Muertos.

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and what a beautiful place to stay my wife felt in love with everything and my family and I felt at home everyone in harbor 171 was very friendly and nice the kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean

The location and the stay was excellent. Having the resort next door is very convenient. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

Loved our stay! Comfy bed, spacious unit, relaxing balcony, and the rooftop pool was amazing! Easily the best pool in the area from what we could tell. The only real con was that hot water in the showers wasn’t consistently present, but that was manageable. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation, highly recommended. Highly recommended. The condominium has very good amenities. The pools have hot water. Beach access very spacious parking. the apartment is very comfortable with all the services and in very good condition.
