Beach house holiday rentals in Puerto Morelos

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely home, so comfortable and clean. It’s a short drive from all the action. I appreciate Patricia’s responsiveness the most because I really need strong communicators when on vacation. There was some unusually heavy storms that caused a few leaks near the dining area, but nothing that impacted our stay. Patricia responded immediately with cleaning service, and it was great vibes. Ana, the cleaning person is so sweet and present as needed. I’d stay here again. It worked very well for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids.

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Es una excelente opción para vacacionar en familia ya que al estar dentro de Playacar las reglas y/o restricciones son bastantes, la casa es perfecta, la atención y limpieza también, lo único que sugiero si rentan es llevar su propios productos de aseo personal ya que los que ofrecen en la casa son de baja calidad. En General muy buena opción ya que estás a 10 min. caminando de los mejores restaurantes, bares y discotecas.

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

This beautiful villa is centrally located by a shopping center, not too far away from 5to Avenida and within short walking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive and the community has security 24/7. I 100% recommend it and we will be back.

We had a delightful stay at this property. It’s conveniently located near a pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping. While not directly in the heart of town, it’s just a short drive to Fifth Avenue and the Mall of the Americas. The private pool was the highlight of our stay, and there’s a beautiful beach nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials and some extras, ensuring we had a great breakfast and snacks before embarking on our city exploration and visits to the Xacaret parks. The area appears secure and peaceful, and the host was friendly and attentive, promptly addressing our questions and requests.

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Thank you. We all had a good time. It was a little tough to find the place but once we did we had a great time and it was a great place. We would recommend it and use your place again.

Maison bien équipée et spacieuse, dans un secteur paisible et sécuritaire, avec bonne connexion Internet et à distance raisonnable de marche pour faire l’épicerie. Je la recommande vivement. L’hôte était réceptif et répondait rapidement à nos messages. Il nous a trouvé 2 parcs de bébé. Les lits étaient confortables. La piscine à 2 niveaux était à proximité et idéale pour nos enfants. Durant notre séjour de 3 sem., nous avons utilisé les services de Maria, la femme de ménage. Elle a fait un excellent travail autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons utilisé la carte d’accès au Reef Club mais je ne le conseille pas si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Le resort est loin (30 min) et petit, sans attrait pour les enfants. Pour boire ou manger, il faut acheter un livret de coupons à 100 US qu’il faut dépenser le jour même. Nous avons préféré acheter des DayPass au Iberostar situé à 10 min. Seule déception, nous étions loin de tout... loin de la 5e avenue, des restos et de la plage.

La casa es increíble, muy espaciosa y con hamaca incluida. Esta lejos de la zona turística pero cuesta unos 70 pesos ir en taxi. Lo bueno es que es una zona tranquila y tiene playa esmeralda y otra mas muy cerca que son muy bonitas. Los dueños muy rápidos y amables ya que les pedimos unos favores y nos aceptaron sin problema Nosotros por nuestra parte tuvimos en descuido con la limpieza en la casa pero se pusieron en contacto conmigo y se solucionó rápidamente Muy recomendado

Danke Yvan! Der Aufenthalt im Casa 6 war sehr komfortabel und angenehm. Ruhige Lage und die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was man braucht! Wie würden definitiv wieder kommen! Yvan ist ein sehr arrangierter und professioneller Gastgeber!

If I had to pick one feature about the place - that would be location: 5 minutes walking from the beach, in a quiet security-protected community [ don't forget your wrist band !! :) ], 15 minutes from the nearest restaurants on the 5th Avenue. Taxi was easy to catch at the Riu hotel (opposite side of the street, 5 minutes walk) - prices are listed upfront, drivers accept credit cards (10% extra charge is listed too). So, no surprises. The townhome is not brand new, but clean; equipment (washer/dryer/gas stove ...) work fine. We, family of 4 = 2 adults + 2 kids (13 & 15yo) used pool a lot around noon - nobody was there most of the time. HVAC cooled the bedrooms on the 2nd floor better when the fan was set to low or medium - not to hi (a bit counterintuitive, so thanks to host for help with that). Very good mattresses (usually it is an issue for us). 3 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are available behind small doors under the stairs (1st floor). A bottle of wine was waiting for us - nice!

Erika was a great host , very responsive and always helpful, the house is great and private , the pool is gorgeous peaceful and quiet ,location is great very close to the Quinta and the port . I totally recommend that place .

Lugar tranquilo, limpio y acogedor para descansar, ideal para familias. Aunque está ubicado en una zona industrial, lo que limita las opciones gastronómicas y turísticas cercanas, su ubicación es compensada por la amabilidad del host y su pronta respuesta a las inquietudes. Además, esta equipado con lo necesario para la estadia (papel, toallas, jabón). Si buscas un lugar para descansar y relajarte con tu familia, lo recomiedo. Sin embargo, si estás buscando diversión y entretenimiento, puede que no sea la mejor opción.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect airbnb for our group trip. Great location, we felt safe but not “locked away” like some of the other rentals in PDC seem to be. Only thing was that Miguel’s communication was very slow, didn’t hear anything from him after check-in. We assumed that no news was good news. The cleaners were very thorough and friendly.
