Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Provincetown Harbor

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. Dianne was very responsive, met me at check in, and showed me around. The space is so much larger than it looks in the posting. It feels like a small apartment rather than a spare room. The area is quiet, and a short drive to stores and restaurants. I walked down to the beach, and it was also very peaceful. Please note that the walk to the beach is down a dirt road that cuts through some woods. I would recommend walking shoes and not flip flops. Overall, I loved my stay and highly recommend Dianne's place!

We had the best stay! It was so cozy and clean and clear instructions all around the air BnB for the amenities. It’s a beautiful home close to the beach it a quiet charming neighborhood. 11/10 recommend!

David was friendly, google maps navigated us to the wrong place at first, we ran into David through the back door of the house and he helped us find the right spot.Nice clean room with heater inside, we slept comfortably.There were bagels and coffee in the morning, I got up late and only had coffee.The house is nice and quiet around and has a few restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We liked EVERYTHING in this place. All the positive reactiones from people before us are true. A inspired and inspiering place.The host is like a friendly ghost.Makes you feel wellcome and comfortable and then vanishes. One feels the spirit of Provincetown in and around the house. THANK YOU ! We very much enjoyed staying at Carol's home. It was very cozy and clean, and she greeted us and even introduced her dogs and cat. It had everything we could ever need and it's in a prime location, we would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s place in Eastham, Cape Cod. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy. Nancy was warm, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips that made exploring the area even better. Her communication was smooth throughout, and check-in/check-out was effortless. We also got to meet her sweet and playful dog, which added a personal touch. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere of the house was calm, peaceful, and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

As ALL the reviews state, my stay at the SeaPine Inn was all it promised and more. Lynda is very friendly, extremely accommodating and desirous of your enjoyment during your stay. This was the best B & B experience I’ve ever had! Her home is beautifully decorated in primitive folk art decor, well appointed with cozy bedding and a luxurious bath with soaking tub and all you could want to pamper yourself included. We were invited to enjoy the common areas as well as our room and the reading nook outside of our bedroom. The breakfasts were yummy, cooked fresh with wonderful homemade scones while we visited with her. She’s a good listener as well as talker and delightfully candid and down-to-earth in her banter. We only stayed for 2 nights but felt we could enjoy a longer stay, maybe with our spouses next time; we’d love to visit again. Thank you, Lynda and Leo!

Beautiful beach house with access to a private beach, kayaks, and the backyard. perfect for enjoying some time on the property and also touring around Falmouth and making a day trip at Martha's Vineyard. Lisa is a very warm and friendly host. You'll have a wonderful stay here!

We absolutely loved staying at Lavender Bay and wished we could have stayed longer! Bill and Tami were wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful! The breakfast each morning on the little balcony was delicious. But what really stood out to us was the beauty of the place. It was so peaceful and quiet, and Bill’s and Tami‘s garden is gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and can recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Cape Cod.

A friend and I spent one night at Carol and Jeff’s inn. We had a lovely room with access to a porch, where we spent quite a bit of time. Carol and Jeff are very welcoming hosts and have have thought of everything for furnishing their rooms for guest comfort and convenience. The included breakfast was truly excellent, everything freshly and skillfully prepared. Now that I know they are there, I will stay with them on my trips to the area.

They were very friendly and kind! The location is great and the other guests were also great during quiet hours.

We loved staying at Ships Knees Inn! It was beyond our expectation. Denise and Peter made us feel safe by taking proper COVID precautions around the inn with sanitary wipes and sanitizers at every corner. The breakfast was lovely and were paper bagged with our name on it, felt very safe and clean per covid. The location was perfect, just around the corner from Nauset beach. The room itself was lovely, charming and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. We hope to come back soon and really recommend staying at this lovely inn-- it sure made our labor day weekend that much more enjoyable.

Donna and Marc were amazing. They are such nice people with great hospitality. Our room was spotless clean and they really care about sanitation during these challenging times. We felt safe and comfortable staying at LongDell. The breakfast was delicious! We preferred to have our breakfast outside at the table next to their beautiful waterfall fountain and mini pond. They gave us great suggestions on where to eat or where to go. You can borrow the beach chairs and towels from them which was really nice. The beach is 15 minute walk from the Inn, so you don't have to pay for parking at the beach ($25 per day). There is a very nice ice cream shop near LongDell where you can enjoy delicious homemade ice-cream! We went on a walk at the skunknett river wildlife sanctuary nearby which was beautiful! (6 min drive from the Inn). LongDell is a quiet place where you can have some piece of mind and enjoy the positivity around! Thanks you so much Marc and Donna! We are definitely coming back :)

Jodi was a great host, we felt right at home from the second we walked in. Her home was so clean and beautiful. She had everything we could have needed and made an amazing breakfast in the morning, that we enjoyed outside by the fire. We will be staying with her again such a beautiful town.

Our host was incredibly friendly. The communication for our late check in (after dark) was clear and easy to follow. The room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay and will consider this location again.

Staying at Jodi's was way more than what I had expected or hoped for. I would highly recommend staying with her. Right away you feel at home and comfortable. Her home is not only beautiful but comfortable. Jodi is so friendly and welcoming. She has breakfast out for you in the morning, catering to whatever early time you may need to get up or as late as you would like to sleep in. She leaves late night snacks out with a special note. She is always available with a recommendation. Her outdoor living areas, also, are so beautiful and peaceful. I personally will be staying with her again if we are back in Scituate. BEST by far bed & breakfast stay I have ever experienced!! Thank you Jodi.

what a sweet little place right in the middle of town! it was perfect and i hope to stay there again next time!

This is now my THIRD time coming to this AirBnB! And everything is just as amazing as I remembered it. I brought another friend of mine and she absolutely loved it. It is so peaceful and it’s the perfect place to have some downtime. As usual, Greg and Jackie make an amazing breakfast in the morning of either pancakes or French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit salad, yogurt, etc. And I always enjoy my conversations with them. I’m definitely returning this summer!

Great price for a nice room right in the center of the action on Commercial Street. The room was comfy, the shared bathroom was clean and was right down the hall, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Jodi was nothing but amazing! She is extremely friendly. We stayed for one night and she made us feel completely at home. She brought us water and even had to go cups for coffee in the morning. The house is beautiful, super clean and so gorgeous!

Always a great stay at the lotus. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. Great location too, close to everything. Would definitely stay again!
