This house was originally built as a barbershop in 1950 and rebuilt in 2015 with a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, a smart TV, half bath and sleeper couch downstairs. One of the last historic beachfront cottages in Ptown. You will spend the day watching the tide rise and fall and boats come and go. This one bedroom, one bath cottage will transport you back in time with its wide plank floors and porthole windows. This cottage is special and quirky and everyone who sees it falls in love right away. The stairs to the bedroom are steep and there's a pitched roof so you'll need to mind the headspace. Tucked off the street for privacy, but still in the very center of town. Well-behaved dogs welcome but no cats please.
