Tim & Janice have put together such a BEAUTIFUL place! Loved every minute of my stay here. So beautiful and walkable to so much. Janice and Tim were so responsive and always willing to help! Can’t wait to stay again!!

Loved our Stay here. Bathroom was amazing and was nice to have a free parking space right next to our condo. Will definitely stay here again walking distance to commercial street.

Gerard’s place is in a great location just one block from all the action on Commercial Street! We loved our stay there!

We had a great time at A Reverie by the Sea!! Five stars!!! Megan, the host, was great and self check in/check out was easy and smooth. The cottage is in a quiet and woodsy area. The space is beautifully decorated, bright and airy. The king bed was really comfortable. The full sized kitchen was fully stocked with all needed wares. We loved the tv which has a number of options including Netflix. A/c was great. Work from home space is available near a sunny spot. Having a washer dryer at our disposal was really nice.

Cute and cozy space! Very convenient for a short walk to Commercial Street. Comfortable beds, couch and chairs. Cozy backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

The interior was really nice. We loved the wood accents and the wood floors . The place was super clean. The water pressure was strong and the shower water stayed hot with our family. The king bed was so comfortable, the sleep you need after a long day at the beach. We also got to meet one of the housekeepers who was beyond sweet and brought us whatever we needed! Thanks for the memories

Thaddia’s place was probably the most nicely appointed place we have stayed. Everything you could need was there in very tastefully decorated surroundings. The apartment might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues, but the two flights of stairs were not problematic for us (healthy 62 and 70 year olds). Parking was easy and next to the stairs going up to the apartment. There was a wonderful peaceful covered landing on the second floor. Thaddia was a wonderful host, with vey clear directions including pictures. She turned on the outside lights on our first evening when we came back after dark after dinner in nearby Provincetown.

Rhian was an awesome host! He was responsive to every question we had. The home itself was gorgeous with a wonderful backyard that our pup had a lot of fun running in. Definitely recommend Rhian to anyone looking for a centrally located place to stay in Provincetown. It was only a 5 minute walk (or less) from Commercial St.

We are two architects who come to Ptown every year for the film festival. We loved our stay at 18 Bangs Street- the location is quiet but with quick access to Commercial Street & Bradford restaurants, galleries, and food shops. Dylan's place is well appointed and IMMACULATE with lofty hang out spaces, luxurious beds, and beautifully finished kitchen & bathrooms. My pup also enjoyed the new Cannery public park located nearby with easy beach access. Dylan provided detailed instructions for anything we could think of and proactively offered flexible check-in and check-out times. We have no notes- thanks for a fantastic stay Dylan and we hope to see you next year!

Oliver‘s is a perfect place for visiting Provincetown. Located directly across the pier, providing a (huge) private parking space (quite valuable in P-Town), perfectly equipped and nicely furnished. Spotlessly clean and with a spacious terrace as the cherry on the cake! We loved it and even extended stay!

Another wonderful vacation for my birthday spent on the Cape at this sweet and cozy cottage. The cottage is clean and has always met all our needs for just the 2 of us. Jo is very responsive and always works with us to make our stay smooth and delightful. Always lots to do around the area and plenty of places to explore. Glad to have had such a stretch of gorgeous weather to make an amazing vacation! Hope to come back again soon!

Our host David was very easy to communicate with. The condo we rented was immaculate and very well stocked with all the essentials and then some. We had a group of 3 couples and where able to enjoy each others company and find some solitude if needed. The location is perfect for walking everywhere in Ptown. The condo is set back and very quiet. We would certainly consider this as a future rental should we return to Provincetown.

We’ve stayed at a lot of places over the years, and this one was easily one of the best. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a comfortable, well thought out layout. You can tell this is a place the owners truly care about, not just a rental. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee or a drink before heading out at night. Everything felt fresh, modern, and high quality. The location was also amazing....just a short walk to the Boatslip and close to everything else. James was a great host and super easy to communicate with. We really appreciated how smooth and welcoming the entire experience was. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely space to stay for a few days in Provincetown. Close to all the stuff on Commercial St., but on a quiet byway for a peaceful and relaxing evening. Even has a parking spot!

Peaceful stay in Eastham. Beautiful place and amenities. We biked to the Rail Trail and to First Encounter Beach. Kayaks were a nice touch though the mosquitoes prevented us from using them. I loved the porch swing and the kitchen is super cute!

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

My group of four enjoyed a long weekend stay at this property. James and his team were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was as pictured with a spacious living room and well stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub may have been our favorite amenities though, as we used both of them. Quiet street that is a short walk away from the center of town. Very accessible, comfortable, and feels like home.

This was the perfect place for a couple’s trip to the Cape. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, and the space has everything you need. There are also plenty of restaurants to visit and activities to do all within a 20 minute drive. Inman Beach was the closest beach we visited, and it was a quick 10 minute walk away and the beach chairs provided by Elizabeth were very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

This house had such an exceptional energy to it, it was so peaceful. The hosts are unbelievably welcoming and helpful! You can quickly tell how remarkable this place is. It was such a pleasure to stay in this house and explore the island this weekend. It was our first time on MV and it was wonderful. The beach was so close and relaxing, and amazing restaurants a just a short walk down the street! A huge thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home, it was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Great place. Very clean. Lots of beach chairs. Pool was warm! Patio was just right- own table and chairs, and umbrella. We will definitely recommend this place to friends
