We stayed one night in Ivana's room, we really enjoyed ourselves. Ivana is very kind and helpful and has met all our needs. Clean, tidy room and bathroom equipped with everything you need. Very quiet area and a few steps from a very good restaurant with typical cuisine. Free parking right in front of the room. We traveled by motorcycle and Ivana allowed us to put the bike in a sheltered corner. Positive experience, I recommend!

Listing is as described. It has three real rooms with a beautiful surface. The large kitchen which is also the living room is perfectly equipped with modern and functional appliances. It's nice not to end up with 5 forks and 5 knives. As it rained during our stay, we appreciated the quality of the accommodation which is very quiet. Indeed, the house is in the countryside with no neighboring road. In our opinion, a car is essential to fully enjoy the region and access to shops: 1h30 from Florence and Siena, a supermarket 8-10 minutes away. GPS is not a luxury. Wifi worked perfectly during the entire stay. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. She is very friendly. Without asking for it, she had installed a chair for the shower for our daughter who is disabled. You just have to go through the cobblestone lawn area rather than the gravel. We would recommend it.

Although we only stayed for one night, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and well organized. Ivana was always in touch with us to provide us with useful information. But the gift we appreciated so much after a long hot day was the fresh fruit drink offered by Ivana! Recommended!

Marco is a proactive host who welcomed us even after check-in time due to highway traffic. Available and nice, the farmhouse is very large, with ample parking space and a large garden with chairs, lounge chairs and hammocks, the room was very spacious, very spacious and the bathroom was also clean. Convenient location to drive to both Pisa and Lucca in a short time. Highly recommended

The Vitaverde property has everything we need to quickly unwind and feel comfortable: quiet surroundings, great nature (hopefully it will continue to be so) and landscape, it also smells so good there, 😊 the view of the sea ... Many excursion destinations are easily accessible: Pisa, Florence, the sea, … great bike tours are possible here and there are totally sweet restaurants. Tamara and Roger are totally nice and helpful. Nice to meet them.

We had a wonderful week! We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished and super-equipped apartment. With the fantastic panorama over the hills of Tuscany, a view to the sea and to Pisa, we were able to relax superbly. Tamara gave us good tips and recommendations for nearby excursions. We had an all-around perfect time with Tamara and Roger. A beautiful place to relax in the midst of nature surrounded by olive trees has been created here. Our apartment was clean, well equipped and stylishly furnished. On your own terrace, you can enjoy your food, a glass of wine and the view (including sunset). The grounds are spacious, with many beautiful seating options and a great pool. There is also a small fitness room. Tamara took care of the property, the animals and the guests with a lot of love and dedication. We got some great tips from her. Unfortunately, our 3-night stay was far too short. We will definitely come back and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you Tamara, for this great experience! 🥰

Such a beautiful location and room. Very peaceful and relaxing. Felt like home, the hosts were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable.

We had a great stay. We arrived late and luckily after a long journey we were able to cross the street and have a delicious meal there. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, but keep in mind that on Monday the restaurant across the street is having a party, and that you may experience some noise pollution. For those who are not deep sleepers this can be a problem. Fortunately, we were not bothered by it much. The accommodation is well located, we went to Pisa the first day and Vinci the second day. The room looks like the pictures. We felt very comfortable. The check-in went smoothly and the landlady responded quickly. Everything was clean and furnished with attention to detail. There was nothing missing. The area is quiet and beautiful. Although we were relatively late, we were able to eat something in the restaurant opposite. This is also highly recommended. We will be happy to come back :)
