Beachfront holiday rentals in Province of Pisa

Siamo stati nella casa in Pineta a inizio giugno. Piacevolissima esperienza. La casa è meravigliosa, molto spaziosa e ben arredata. Il giardino fuori, immerso nella pineta, è bellissimo. Colazioni, pranzi e cene sempre in giardino. La cucina è ben fornita, siamo riusciti sempre a cucinare quello che volevamo. La spiaggia libera dista 5 minuti a piedi. Torneremo!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und es ist wirklich alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Der Check In war super einfach und überhaupt war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin sehr unkompliziert. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und half uns auch, damit wir vor Ort parken konnten. Die Umgebung kannten wir schon, ist einfach schön da zwischen Meer und Wald. ☀️

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem abgetrennten Bereich, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Privater Zugang zum Strand auch top. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich, wenn auch nicht allzu groß. Für unseren Urlaub von 5 Nächten mit Kleinkind allerdings ausreichend. Nur auf die Stechmücken sollte man beim Aussteigen auf dem privaten Parkplatz vorbereitet sein. In der Wohnung sind dann Fliegennetze an den Fenstern und auch Mückenspray/-stecker vorhanden, dadurch war das kein Problem. Natalia ist eine super Gastgeberin, antwortet immer schnell und hilft bei Problemen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Ottima accoglienza e attenti ai dettagli. Piccolo appartamento in cui nulla mancava e vista mare con tramonti da cartolina. Ottima posizione per brevi escursioni ai boghi in collina.

Beautiful place, great location super CLEAN! And with all the appliances and welll equipped kitchen, bathroom shower excellent. Location its ideal 100 steps from the beach and nice restaurants on the way. Carlos was by far one of the best Host I have ever meet

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Cecina sehr genossen. Marina de Cecina ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. Die Wohnung war selbst war nahe am Strand und auch gut gelegen für Ausflüge. Die Umgebung von Cecina ist sehr schön. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und die umliegenden Dörfer gemacht. Durch die gute Anbindung an die Autobahn ist das gut machbar. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Terrasse. ❤️ Die Gastgeberin Mersida haben wir beim Check-in kennengelernt. Sie ist sehr herzlich und hat uns ausgezeichnete Tipps gegeben. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen 👍

Absolutely stunning place. We fell in love with the apartment, the house, the whole condominium and the surroundings. Matteo is a very nice person, he was always helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, large, very well equipped, quiet and safe. Trouble-free parking in front of the house, everything inside the fenced area, so absolutely safe. The surroundings are amazing...a short walk to a large and long beach, a short walk to a wonderful large forest, which is great for walks. A restaurants and a supermarkets are also very close. We really liked it here and are already thinking about when we will return there. Thank You.

We had a wonderful weekend at this Airbnb. The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond. We didn’t have a car, and they went out of their way to pick us up and drop us off at the train station. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants, and market. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

L’appartamento si trova in un residence tranquillo, curato e con molto verde. A due passi dal mare, si raggiunge con una piacevole camminata nella pineta. Supermercato, pescheria, farmacia proprio di fronte. Diversi noleggi bici e ristoranti. L’appartamento è pulito, ordinato e con tutto il necessario Letto molto comodo Debora gentile e sempre disponibile Grazie!

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour. La vu magnifique, la plage privé et acces residentielle a fait oublié que la connexion wifi ne marchait pas. Beaucoup de vent donc on na pas trop profitez de la terrasse mais vu le prix cetait tres correcte. Vaisselle un peu ébréchés mais tout etait correctement utilisable. La machine a cafe italienne top. Par contre l'adresse donnée n'était pas la bonne on nous a dit de nous rendre au 48 alors que C'était au 74 , car le 48 correspond au numero au dessus de la porte dans la grande residence. Nous avons fait patienté notre hôtes. Merci a elle pour sa patience super accueil de sa part. Tres disponible

Ilaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ihre Wohnung ist wunderschön am Meer gelegen, der tolle Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tips für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar.

l'appartement est très bien situé . idéal pour 2 personnes . belle vue sur la mer avec ses deux terrasses . belles balades en bord de mer les plages sont accessibles à pieds . la piscine est un plus est très bien entretenue . un grand merci à Luca le fils de Michele pour les bonnes adresses de restaurants et les conseils pour les lieux à visiter

Gianfranco ist wirklich ein wundervoller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und mit Rat und Tat dabei. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top, direkter Strandzugang, privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. War ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Tolles Apartment, mit vielen kleinen Details. Das Apartment sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und das Apartment konnte man sehr einfach finden. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Ottimo alloggio per chi vuole rilassarsi e stare lontano dal chiasso della città. Anche con il cattivo tempo, ci siamo rilassati ugualmente grazie al giardino presente nell'appartamento. Il mare è veramente a due passi tant'è che a volte si riescono a sentire le onde da casa. Host preciso, reattivo nel rispondere e presente se si ha bisogno di qualcosa. Consigliatissimo.

Intero appartamento a disposizione, molto pulito e realmente fornito dei servizi descritti nella presentazione sul sito, host disponibile, cortese e rapido nelle risposte. Adattissimo a famiglie numerose e con bambini. Vicino al mare e alla splendida spiaggia sabbiosa. Comoda l'attrezzatura per spiaggia fornita (lettini e ombrellone) con carrello per il trasporto e due docce esterne (acqua calda/fredda) a nostra esclusiva disposizione al ritorno dal mare. Aria condizionata e rete internet in tutti gli ambienti, cucina fornita anche di tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici oltre che ovviamente di stoviglie e pentolame, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Manca però un parcheggio privato che sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta vista la difficoltà nei periodi di alta affluenza di trovare posto auto in strada. Sarebbe così più facile raggiungere i negozi (anche alimentari) che sono in centro avendo la certezza di un posto auto al ritorno. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo. Grazie Cristiano.

Wir hatten mit einer befreundeten Familie einen sehr schöne Woche in der Casa Bardi. Iacapo hat uns viele tolle Tips gegeben. Die Strände nördlich haben uns sehr gut gefallen, und auch der weiße Sandstrand im Süden. Castilioncello ist ein netter Ort mit einem wöchentlichen Markt und neben den Linienbussen entlang der Küste gibt es auch eine offenen Umsonst-Bus und eine Gratis-Linie. Ausflüge haben wir nach Volterra und Pisa gemacht. Vielfältige Reise - und schöne Abende in der großzügigen Wohnung mit kühlem Steinfussboden und genug Platz für sechs Personen.

Es un gran apartamento. Muy espacioso y con una terraza casi tan grande como el apartamento, muy bien amueblada para disfrutarla. Cocina muy equipada. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Estaba genial que tuviese un garaje muy amplio debajo para guardar mi coche de alquiler. Francesca está siempre dispuesta a ayudar y si echas algo en falta, te lo soluciona. Es una zona muy tranquila y sin ruidos. Muy recomendable.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana e siamo stati benissimo! Ottima la posizione, vicina a bar, ristoranti e mare; casa piuttosto grande (eravamo in cinque) e piacevole la pineta recintata, soprattutto avendo il cane con noi. Persone molto cordiali e disponibili per tutto! Siamo stati proprio bene!

Laura war die perfekte Gastgeberin, zuvorkommend und hat unmittelbar auf Fragen geantwortet. Dies blieb den gesamten Aufenthalt unverändert. Sehr angenehm war auch die flexible Gestaltung in Bezug auf den Zeitpunkt des Auscheck Procedures. Wir können die Gastgeberin respektive die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.
