Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

Gentle guests and good hospitality. Quiet, clean and pleasant environment. New furnishings. When I return to Rimini I will definitely consider staying again

My experience is definitely very positive. Clean, spacious apartment and well equipped with comforts... it is not in a central area or very close to the sea, but if you bring a bicycle, it takes five minutes to get to the sea. An apartment also has a space to keep bicycles... kitchen equipped with various equipment to be able to feel like in your own home, well air-conditioned. Really very satisfied. The Host is always very helpful and ready to answer you...

We had a very great time in our AirBnB, the hosts were kind and responsive. The place was very clean and looked like the pictures.

The reception by Ulrike was very warm. During the tour, it turned out that ingredients for a simple meal were available before the day of arrival and breakfast the morning after. Paolo had sent a clear location indication via the app. Super convenient. There was a garden that we could use. The limoncello that tasted during a cozy conversation was exquisite. It was amazing!

Onelio is a very responsive and helpful host. He promptly answered all our questions and request. Recommended to everyone!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

Relaxation oasis on Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating to marvel and dream. The house has a lot of space, high quality furnishings and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps, and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque backdrops of Mondavio and Orciano and always discover new perspectives. The house and garden give a feeling of space, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nasty lizards, a hoopard, sparrows, and fireflies. The kitchen is very well equipped with many,glasses, crockery, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners generously share everything.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

What a wonderful surprise this oasis of peacefulness was. It was even better than I expected. The hosts were gracious and always available. The house was nice and cool even though there was a bit of a heat wave going on. There s a great place for a swim in Cagli clean and easy access ! Not to mention the marvelous culinary experience thanks to the wonderful ideas about their favorite places to dine all of which were unusual and delicious! They love animals so my dog felt right at home. Not to forget the Jazz concert under the castle im Cagli. I will surely come back ! I highly reccomend this place "far from the madding crowd"!

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. The scenic placement and gorgeous views of the Umbrian hills are spectacular. The pool was cleaned every day, and the house and yard were perfect. To top it all off, we fell in love with a local restaurant with even more spectacular surroundings and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten (Il Sasso). The Pacini family were kind and hospitable, as well as generous with their fruits and vegetables!

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully furnished, but also in an absolutely quiet location with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us very kindly and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely come back!

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Nicolo welcomed us warmly into the wellfurnished apartment. We felt right at home in the spacious apartment.

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this house for 11 days and had a very good time. The apartment, with thorough cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciate the TV that allows several connections ( Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with several capsules available, in addition to the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with linen change available as well for bath linens. The private garage is very useful, and there is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both to reach the sea in a few minutes and to visit within a few kilometers, the many medieval villages of great interest set on the green hills of Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us and gave them a warm and warm greeting!

i found what I was looking for , peace and quiet in a very civil building. The garden is priceless and there is a good air. Alessandra's father is a exquisite person

Charming apartment, super active host and no problems encountered. Perfect location, you can easily walk around, covered parking 5 minutes away for a fee, daily rate €12 Highly recommended !!!

Marco was an excellent host, always quick to respond with any questions we had. The place was spacious and comfortable. A great patio with awnings where you can watch the sunset.
