Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

We stayed with a family of friends in this beautiful country house, after a wedding in the area. Ander was very kind and very attentive to making our short stay comfortable and peaceful.

we spent 10 magical days in the house. We walked and returned to the house like our quiet harbor, giving tired travelers peace and coolness in the shade of trees. By car we visited the local attractions and explored the beaches. Everything was great! We prefer to cook ourselves and everything was for this in the house. There is a new and large EuroSpin grocery store 5 min drive from the house. For more comfort, we lacked a dishwasher and microwave, but we knew that they were not there and were ready for it. Lots of different detergents and it makes it easy to keep the house clean. The house is clean and spacious and has 2 terraces, there is an opportunity to make a barbecue, which we enjoyed doing. The pool is 20 steps from the house and this is a big plus. Dear Titti E Vito, thank you more for this opportunity to spend our vacation in your home. We no doubt recommend staying here for everyone.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. The scenic placement and gorgeous views of the Umbrian hills are spectacular. The pool was cleaned every day, and the house and yard were perfect. To top it all off, we fell in love with a local restaurant with even more spectacular surroundings and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten (Il Sasso). The Pacini family were kind and hospitable, as well as generous with their fruits and vegetables!

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very nice, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

I stayed for a week with the family in the Martilla apartment in Gabicce. Clean and absolutely tidy apartment, in a well-served area and with all the necessary services. The owner Marco is a serious, kind and helpful person. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended.

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also excellent - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. After a good time with the family, we return to Germany very satisfied and rested. Many thanks to Nilvana and her family

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza snack.

A small and compact downstairs apartment having everything we needed for our overnight stay. we were given a voucher for breakfast at the nearby café, which was nice.

Stunning location and welcoming hosts! We had the place to ourselves, but it's worth being aware that there are 2 other flats adjoining the property, which may be in use at busier times of year, meaning the patio area is shared. A lovely part of Italy, and the natural beauty is stunning - we saw hoopoes several times and the orchids were gorgeous.

We had a very nice and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

We were in a group of 13 people, 4 families. The house had plenty of room, all with privacy. Impeccable house, very comfortable. Large garden, ping pong table and pool that unfortunately we couldn't use because it was winter. Excellent Barbecue Area. We don't miss anything! Thanks Frederic

Our stay at Marco’s villa was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotlessly clean, and everything was well-prepared upon our arrival. Marco was always available, responsive, and very helpful—he made sure all our needs were met promptly and kindly. There were plenty of towels for the entire duration of our stay, the view was stunning, and the space was very generous—perfect for families. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the water was regularly filtered, making it both safe and enjoyable to use. We also loved the outdoor seating area, the sunshine throughout the day, and the fully equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back in the future!

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous. It's quiet and very much off the beaten track, yet easy to get around from. The hosts were lovely and very responsive at any time.

The house is really great, the surroundings and the view are fantastic. You absolutely have your peace, can use everything in the garden, especially the pizza oven we liked very much. By car, you can reach the village in five minutes. We had a great time and would be happy to come back, communication and cleanliness were also great.

Very pleasant house in a beautiful area. In case of problems, Mara has always tried to find a solution very quickly. Delightfully enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and ideally located to discover Le Marche.

What a lovely host and family! We arrived a day later due to car trouble, but due to the flexibility of the host, that was completely fine. We have visited many places on tips from the host and if we need to be in the area we will definitely come again. Highly recommended! Thanks Stephania for the pleasant stay until next time😉
