We had a great time at Nicola's cottage. Separated from the main house, it is a simple solution with a lot of privacy. Everything being clean and tidy. Everything immersed in nature is immersed in tranquility and silence. We were also able to use the beautiful pool given the good days. Nicola was a kind, disposable, and un-intrusive host. Beautiful vacation and highly recommended if you want to spend days in tranquility and relaxation.

The apartment was exactly according to our wishes and ideas. We were here with our children (4 and 5 years). Thanks to the pool, the distance to the sea was also perfect, about 25 minutes by car. For example, we spent the morning by the sea and the day by the pool. The perfect day. In the village there is also a pizzeria which is also very good. The apartment has everything you need. Also worth mentioning is the quiet location. Marco is also a very good host. He responds very quickly to questions and is also happy to give tips. Would we spend our vacation with Marco again? Perfect stay from every point of view. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well organized, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is ideal both for visiting the city and for reaching the sea in a short time. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. A special thank you to the host for his availability, kindness and attention: always present and ready to help with any need. The vegetables from the garden that were offered to us were also very much appreciated, a really welcome surprise. More than positive experience, we would gladly return and absolutely recommend this accommodation!

We really liked the place, very cleaned and very well equipped! We enjoyed the house, we enjoyed the surroundings and also the fruits and vegetables, and last but not least the house wine ❤️ The house is in a strategic place, if you have a car very easy to visit Rimini, Riccione, Gabbice Mare, San Marino. We definitely will like to come back!

Lovely stay!!!! The farm is a very quiet area surrounded by greenery, the pool is very clean and very large with sun loungers always available. The apartment was equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows!! When we arrived, we found a bottle of wine in the fridge and something for breakfast. Super hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts. They offered us an excellent tasting of their delicious wines! There are many common spaces that have made the stay even more enjoyable, such as an outdoor lunch on the veranda. What can I say... highly recommended farm!!!! See you soon!!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Cattolica with our family. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and located just a short walk from the beach and many great restaurants. Despite being close to everything, the area was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing vacation. Our host was extremely helpful, friendly, and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Staying in the beautiful home of Gisella and Roberto was a pleasant moment of relaxation and family life. We were able to play in the pool, chat in the well-appointed outdoor spaces, have lunches and dinners in a space organized in every little detail and comfort. The house was very clean and had very well-structured spaces and everything you need for a comfortable and high-quality stay. The hosts were pleasant, welcoming and attentive, they gave us useful directions on great places to taste good food and made themselves available for every request made. We recommend it as a great place to experience the area surrounded by the Marche hills.

Beautiful neighborhood for a vacation. The villa looks much better than the photos. No communication issues between Marco. A huge garden with a large gazebo and a large backlit pool - in the evening you can sit outside and spend time in a larger group. A big plus is to provide a wallbox for charging an electric car (with a built-in TYPE 2 cable), in general there are problems with low voltage in the electricity network, but without a larger combination you can handle it (there have been drops up to 170V, overall it maintains about 200V - it's possible that in Italy it just is). I would highly recommend it to everyone! Preferably for teams in a larger group! The cabin can do it!

We used the accommodation for a week for work reasons, the area is super quiet and coming home in the evening was always pleasant. Andres was very helpful, we had an issue with Airbnb for billing and he kindly solved it for us, he also made himself available and flexible for the check-out by meeting our work needs. Highly recommended

Beautiful home, lovingly renovated and oh so clean. Situated right in the middle of town, all attractions are within walking distance. Oriano met us at the car park and directed us to his house where he showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. He gave us a map of Urbino complete with nearby restaurant recommendations. We loved exploring the old, winding streets but it was wonderful to come back and relax in the beautiful little garden with the stunning views. Thank you Oriano and Rosanna for allowing us to stay in your peaceful home.

This is a clear example of when 5 stars are not enough, the villa is simply splendid, perfectly maintained and furnished, nothing is missing.

Thank you to Paolo for the welcome. The house has everything you need for a quiet stay for a group of 11 people. Within walking distance, in the town center there are all the services you may need: supermarket, tobacco andanythingelse. Only note: be equipped with a mosquito net (normal if you stay in the countryside).

We had a good time, very helpful and friendly hosts. So much green space where our dog was also able to play freely.

I stayed in Fano with my family for 3 days and stayed in Marco's MaRi apartment and I had a great time, the apartment is brand new, large, very comfortable for 4 people, equipped with all the accessories, very clean, very convenient for getting around, served by restaurants, bars and pastry shops. Very nice Fano, nearby Pesaro, and all the neighboring villages. Marco was very helpful and hospitable. I confirm the full score of the reviews of all the other guests who have already stayed in the apartment.

Giovanni was a great host. She sent me the itinerary, directions and information about everything I needed and that could be done. The house is really nice, renovated with modern decor. Parking is under the house or otherwise the condominium is 100 meters away (all free). There are all the accessories you need. It is on the second floor in a quiet area,you have everything you need at your fingertips, pizzeria, pastry shop, the market, pharmacy, bars, ATMs,and the most important thing, is a few kilometers from the sea and for those who want to know the road is perfect to get there, there are no holes or anything else. For those who have a dog nearby you can find the appropriate beach (Baia Canaria). Well, it was a really nice stay and we'll definitely be back next year.
