Comfortable apartment on the first floor with an "easy" staircase, 10-15 minutes from the sea, in a green and very quiet area. My husband and I slept in the bright room with a TV: spacious, clean, lots of closets, shelves and drawers in both. Accommodation provided with the necessary, kitchen with large balcony and beautiful awning, useful closet in the bathroom, very convenient parking space inside the courtyard, excellent wifi connection. Natascia and Stefano are very kind, nice and discreet. Some elements to improve but it is certainly recommended

A great apartment with designer renovation, very well-stocked kitchen, you can stay for two families. The apartment is clean and beautiful, 200 meters from the sea. Recommended.

We just spent our holidays in this apartment with attention to detail, equipped with all possible comforts. Upon arrival we found the accommodation perfectly clean, tidy and very fragrant. Rosaria proved to be very helpful and kind in organizing the spaces with us, having needs for our 5-year-old. Convenient parking is easily available on the street in front of the apartment, we moved by car to reach the beach but if you want there are equipped beaches within walking distance in maximum 5 min. Absolutely to be recommended and an experience to be repeated!!

Luciano and his wife were really welcoming and very helpful, always ready to respond to our needs! They also provided us with a cot for our baby to sleep in. The house is really beautiful, new and complete with everything you need. The location is fantastic, a stone's throw from the sea and very close to the historic center. Another positive note is the presence of the elevator that starts from the basement where there are 2 parking spaces. We'll be back!

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza snack.

We had a great time at Partizia's. Spacious and welcoming house, 3 minutes' walk from the sea, away from the chaos of the center but easily accessible. Don't be afraid of the proximity of the street and train because it's so good that you get used to it quickly!

We had a very nice stay in Pesaro! Eva's apartment is in a perfect location: very close to the beach and also to the city center. There are a lot of restaurant and bars right around the corner. Still, the area ist quiet and nice. Eva ist a perfect host, if there are any questions, she'll answer them immediately. Thanks a lot!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The house was nothing short of fantastic! Everything in the house is designed with precision and attention to detail, 1 minute's walk from the center of Cattolica with all amenities and restaurants/beaches. Stefano is a fantastic host, super helpful and welcomed us in the best possible way! We will definitely return to Cattolica and stay here! Thank you for having us!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

The real touch of class is the exceptional welcome of Carolina and Francesco; with their spot-on advice, they gave us valuable tips to visit the area and discover the best places to eat or have a nice aperitif (the "Salicornia" restaurant is highly recommended) Thanks to them, our stay in Pesaro was beyond our expectations. Villa Wilma is a beautiful place with a really great sea view. The recently renovated apartment is very cozy and is complete with all services, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The sea is right in front, only separated by the railway on which numerous trains pass (even at night). You have to be ready for their passage, sometimes a little noisy. It didn't bother me personally. The access by car to the "backyard" is not suitable for all cars (due to the width of the passage). I've only been there once with great difficulty. I then preferred to leave the car on the street about 150 meters from the house. Marino is a very friendly host who is friendly and always available! Experience I recommend.

Well-organized place in spaces and accessories. Very clean. 100 meters from the sea. I was happy to find hanging cloths, hangers, dishwasher tablets, tablecloth, welcome water, odour, things generally uncommon to find.

We stayed at Stefano's house for a week and felt very comfortable, the house in our opinion seems bigger than in the photos, it was a big surprise. Stefano is very friendly and super accessible, we highly recommend it and it has an added value that is only a 2-minute walk from the Sassonia beach in Fano. We will return again, thank you Mr. Stefano!

We had a great vacation at Licia's place! Thanks to clear instructions, the check-in was great (our arrival coincided with the days of the fair and without the help and advice of Licia it would be difficult to drive to the house)..we were warmly welcomed by her parents! We also helped with the accommodation of the car)) thank you ! The apartment is bright and clean, with a beautiful view from the window ..within walking distance to the beach , bars , restaurants...on the balcony you could enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the sea.... you can also walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes... The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils. We felt like we were at home! Licia was always in touch and gave useful recommendations! Thank you so much! We would love to visit again! We had a really pleasant stay at Alberto's. Since our arrival, we have been greeted with great cordiality and helpfulness. The apartment is carefully furnished, modern and functional, equipped with everything you need to feel at ease. We particularly appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and the private parking in the shade, under the building. A comfortable stay that we highly recommend!

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
