Holiday rentals with a patio in Marche

My husband and I stayed in Assisi for a business conference and were looking for a place that was close to things we enjoy, including food, local attractions, and hiking. Simone's place had all that and more! We appreciated his responsiveness and recommendations as well as help when we needed it on our trip. Simone's place had everything we needed including espresso, coffee, cookware, a washer, and even hair products (drier, straightener) to use so I didn't have to pack the bulky stuff. What we loved most was the little terrace included to have coffee in the morning or wine at night plus the apartment temp. being it was made of mostly brick and constructed into the hill almost. I would definitely stay at Simone's place again! Highly recommend.

Despite an inconvenience with the accommodation Michele, he went above and beyond, allowing us to enjoy our stay to the fullest!

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. A gem in the countryside. Beautiful nature and lots of peace and quiet. The apartment was superbly equipped and very nicely furnished. Italo gave us great tips for restaurants and more. We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay. Thank you

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Impeccable stay from every point of view, in a studio equipped to the right point, located in a quiet and sheltered area of Civitanova, close to the supermarket and city center, but extremely quiet and peaceful. Clean house and full of everything you need, and Giorgio is a very kind and super welcoming host. We will definitely come back to stay here for the next holidays!

The host is super nice, very helpful & friendly! The house is big and clean. Garden is amazing. If one is to go truffle hunting, this is the best place to stay.

Location immersed in the tranquility of the greenery, clean and always accessible swimming pool: it is the ideal place to relax. Stefania welcomed us very well, as if she had known us for a long time, she showed us the spaces and gave us useful information for the stay. Absolutely recommended!

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

Riccardo was super helpful during our stay. his instructions were very clear and helpful. we look forward to staying at his beautiful home in Assisi soon.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Caterina's house is very welcoming and comfortable, with attention to every detail, the location is quiet and comfortable to reach the wonderful nearby villages. Our stay was very pleasant. Caterina knows how to pamper her guests.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Floriana’s villa was amazing. They views were breathtaking and she went out of her way to make it special. She arranged for a wine tasting and a scavenger hunt for our kids while we tasted some of Umbria’s finest. The kitchen was great and they even provided a staff member to set up a fire so we could cook a couple of amazing steaks on an open fire outside. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were perfect for us to take walks in the AM and even open space for our kids to play. There was plenty of room inside and you could easily have two families of 5 each feel comfortable. Floriana also set up a wonder pasta making class and to quote my wife - it was one of the best experiences she has had as a family on vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

I was in contact with Federica more than six months before arrival. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't one, and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought one. In the refrigerator, eggs, milk, and even avocados awaited us. There was a tea, a butter and bread fight. Quality bath soaps and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.

Perugia is one of my favorite places on earth and Samuele’s place was the perfect spot to share that with my family! Great loft and great location!

Great place to stay if in Perugia for a couple of nights. Within walking distance to all amenities and beautiful view from the balcony. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely two night stay on our bike trip to Rome. From the apartment, we could explore Perugia on foot and via the escalators. Supermarkets were close. In the apartment it was quiet and cool. We could sit on the terrace. Personal welcome, where we were helped to store our bikes on the enclosed terrace and take our luggage to the apartment. Samuele and Ilaria thought with us how we could do the best with the bikes, very smooth and good communication. It was very nice that we were able to check in earlier on request as we were traveling early due to the heat. We warmly recommend this apartment.
