Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Livorno

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort und fanden die Unterkunft grossartig. Vor allem den grossen, traumhaften Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Es hat verschiedene Plätze mit Liegestühlen und Loungemöbeln und einen grossen Esstisch mit Sonnenschirm (der auch bei Regen schützt). Von dort hatten wir eine traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Abendsonne haben wir auf dem Platz (Solarium) oberhalb des Hauses genossen. Von dort hat man eine wunderbare Weitsicht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet und wird sehr gut unterhalten. Nach einem Gewitter war der Boiler defekt und wurde sofort durch einen Neuen ersetzt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war grossartig. Er kümmerte sich sofort um alles und antwortete postwendend. Zum fantastischen Strand von Fetovaia sind es 10-15 Minuten Fussmarsch. Ein Stück des Weges führt entlang der Strasse, uns störte dies jedoch nicht. Wir geben dieser Wohnung die Bestnote und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Siamo stati qua con amici nella settimana di Ferragosto, location stupenda! Casa ampia immersa nel verde ma allo stesso tempo a due passi dal paese e a 15 min di passeggiata dal mare. La jacuzzi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Le camere sono belle e comode, in ogni stanza praticamente c’è l’aria condizionata, in cucina c’era tutto il necessario per cucinare e ben 2 macchinette da caffè. Una a cialde e l’altra a chicchi, entrambe di ottima qualità. C’era addirittura un po’ di scorta di cibo, come la pasta, tonno in scatola, biscotti, fette biscottate… insomma questo soggiorno ha superato di tanto le nostre aspettative. Siamo andati via ieri e già vorremmo tornare. È proprio un piccolo paradiso. L’Host, Massimo, è sempre stato disponibile e si è interessato a sapere come stesse andando la vacanza più di una volta. Consigliatissimo!!!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Casa nel Bosco is a very special place. Such a beautiful spot underneath a large umbrella pine with views across the sea to Montechristo. Part of the Mount Capanne nature reserve with walks on the doorstep, it was chocka full of wild flowers in spring and we saw some wild boars. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house which was easy to do with so much privacy and space. Our teenagers enjoyed watching the lizards and insects go about their business. Interesting quirks like the outdoor kitchen made unloading the dishwasher novel! There are little seating areas dotted about through the woods, and a path to a waterfall which we cooled off under. Don’t miss the fireflies in the trees at night! We had lots of contact with Adriano and he gave us some nice recommendations. We loved the local beaches and snorkelling at Pomonte. There is also a nice restaurant there where we spent our last night and watched the sunset from their terrace

La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Stefania è una persona molto disponibile ed accogliente. Lo chalet si trova in un contesto splendido immerso nella natura. La struttura è pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort ed è molto bella ed accogliente. Alla prima occasione conto di tornarci assolutamente. CONSIGLIATISSIMA

Fantastisch mooi locatie. Goed verzorgd en gezellig ingericht. Het terras en jacuzzi met uitzicht maken het tot een toplocatie. Het zou fijn zijn als de jacuzzi al op de juiste temperatuur is (37 graden) voor aankomst.

Es war so wunderschön! Das Haus, die Schildkröten im Teich, das Restaurant im Dorf… alles war wunderbar. Melissa war sehr freundlich, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und alles gut beschrieben. Wir hoffen wir können irgendwann wieder kommen. Auch unsere Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank

Giglio is a perfect host: Kind, helpful, reliable and very responsive. The Appartement is very clean and is lovingly decorated in a modern style with plenty of Asian elements. All appliances work and the apartment is in excellent condition. The terrace/patio is wonderful and the Appartement is very quiet—you can barely hear the nearby street. The town Guardistallo is small, but lovely with restaurants, which serve excellent food.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

Addio al nubilato 12 ragazze, piscina e idromassaggio 4 piccoli appartamenti comodissimi con grandi spazi. Posto isolato con molta privacy e possibilità di fare festa senza grandi limiti. Posizione perfetta, abbiamo ordinato il cibo in una rosticceria distante 15 min e affittato anche dei pulmini per andare all'Astragalo per cena e discoteca, servizio impeccabile. (distante 30 minuti) Tutto semplicemente fantastico! grazie 😊

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Prachtige woning en een zeer vriendelijke host en eigenaar. Het huis is keurig schoon en netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het uitzicht is prachtig. De Jacuzzi is heerlijk voor als het 's avonds afkoelt. Het huis ligt op een kleine berg en je komt er via een onverharde weg. Best afgelegen. Maar daardoor ook veel rust en mooi uitzicht. Op 10 minuten rijden is een bar/winkel met beperkt aanbod aan boodschappen. . Winkels, restaurants en strand van Cecina is ongeveer een half uur rijden. Wij hebben Siena (1,5 uur), Volterra (0,5 uur), Cecina (0,5 uur) en Florence (1,5 uur) bezocht. Prima te doen en als je van het landschap houdt zeker geen straf.

Emanuela and Peppe are really great hosts and kind people, they gave us a lot of useful recommendations and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was clean and good equipped. It was also ideal for our dog, who had access to the garden and was allowed to run there freely. The location has awesome view and is very central of the island.

Die Villa Mimosa ist ein wundervolles toskanisches Landhaus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Simone und seine Familie pflegen das Haus und das traumhafte Grundstück mit viel Hingabe und Liebe zum Detail. Wir waren eine altergemischte Gruppe, die eine zauberhafte Woche in dem Haus verbracht hat und wirklich jeder hat sich ganz besonders wohl gefühlt. Da wir viel gekocht haben, waren insbesondere die auch für größere Gruppen perfekt ausgestattete Küche und die Möglichkeiten zu Grillen oder den tollen Pizzaofen zu nutzen, besondere Highlights. Die tolle Außenanlage lädt dazu ein, die toskanische Sonne zu genießen.Simone ist ein toller Host, der sich weit über das erwartbare Maß hinaus kümmert! Dafür ein dickes Dankeschön. Alles in allem eine perfekte Woche!

Villa lo Schioppo is a corner of natural beauty and tranquillity overlooking one of the most stunning bays in Elba. Barbara (the host) was very kind and supportive throughout our stay, promptly addressing any questions/needs that we raised, also thanks to the help of amazing Giuseppe! Rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen modern and well equipped. Highlight: view from the large window in the main living room - breathtaking!

Unsere Gruppe hatte eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere große Gruppe (6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder), es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar, was uns ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Lage ist ruhig und schön – ein Auto ist zwar definitiv notwendig, aber die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Bucht von Livorno hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue beeindruckt.
