Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Livorno

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (7 & 9 Jahre) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Poggio al Cassone. Die Städte Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und Florenz haben wir sehr gut erreichen können. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight nach den Ausflügen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, das Appartement wirklich gross und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. :)

Alessandra oli ystävällinen ja erittäin avulias majoittaja. Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä, aivan vieressä kivoja ruokapaikkoja. Pyörävuokraamo Star bike myös alle kilometrin päässä. Asunto oli viihtyisä ja hyvän kokoinen kahdelle. 5.krs ilman hissiä hillitsee hieman. ; ) Jaana

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. L’alloggio ha una posizione perfetta ed è anche più grande di quello che sembra dalle foto. Viene messo disponibile tutto il necessario e la host è super disponibile. Il nostro Airbnb preferito fino ad ora di gran lunga!

Check in facile, appartamento sui tetti silenzioso e ben riscaldato. Pulitissimo e bello nelle rifiniture. Atmosfera calda e accogliente con bellissime travi a vista . Luminosa e ariosa. Tutto pratico e perfetto. Letto comodo. Dormito splendidamente

Super Lage in der Nähe des Hafens und der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt mehr als ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit Giacomo war sehr einfach und gut. Er konnte uns gute Tipps für die Stadt geben.

La casa è in una posizione molto comoda e tranquilla anche se in ztl pertanto chi ha l’auto deve trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Appartamento luminoso ben strutturato con due bagni due camere matrimoniali ed una singola ingresso soggiorno con cucina completa Alessandra è stata molto gentile e disponibile a fornire aiuto e informazioni Livorno ha tante attrazioni turistiche e culturali Bella esperienza da ripetere

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

Die Wohnung ist top gelegen und war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet – ideal, wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Wir haben uns über Wasser, Milch und einen Kuchen als Willkommensgeschenk gefreut. Vielen Dank für alles, wir würden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Zentrum. Es gibt viele sehr gute Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, schnell und flexibel. Wir können Massimo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Best air BnB stay ever, absolutely wonderful. Central location, lots of space in the apartment, washing machine for your clothes. I loved how responsive Renato was, he came round to meet us and told us about lots of wonderful local amenities. This was an excellent stay and I really enjoyed it. Renato was very flexible about check in/check out and I’d have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Would definitely recommend this!

Es war einfach toll bei Kety. In dieser Wohnung stimmt alles. Ein Juwel und Bijoux, mit viel Herz und liebe eingerichtet, liegt ruhig und wunderschön mit Sicht aufs Meer, Weinberge und Olivenfelder. Auch hat es viele Restaurants, Shops und Celaterias. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

siamo una coppia e abbiamo pernottato per 4 notti; siamo stati accolti calorosamente sin da subito e si sono dimostrati disponibili e accoglienti per tutta la vacanza. la casa ha tutto ciò che possa servire a ogni evenienza. gli spazi sono confortevoli e freschi senza nemmeno aver avuto il costante bisogno di accendere il condizionatore. consigliatissimo!!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Fomos sempre acompanhados pelo Andrea, muito atencioso sempre interessado em saber sobre a nossa situação. Sempre respondia prontamente as dúvidas que surgiram. Ficamos 24 noites com o apartamento, mas dormimos algumas noites em outras cidades da Itália e tudo andou muito bem. Foi um prazer ficar no apartamento de Andrea e Beatrice. Valeu muito a viagem!

Wat een prachtige plek! Precies het plaatje dat je je voorstelt bij Toscane, een glooiend landschap met mooie vergezichten. We genoten er iedere dag en avond van. Het appartement is fijn en ligt op de eerste verdieping. We genoten vooral van de eigen zithoek en tafel in de tuin met het geweldige uitzicht en ook het zwembad is mooi gelegen. Volterra is slechts 15 min rijden en daardoor ideaal voor een lunch of diner buiten de deur. Een absolute aanrader.

Ideales kleines Sommerhaus mit traumhaften Pool, der zum Schwimmen einlädt. Wir hatten das ganze Grundstück alleine für uns. Entspannung pur. Für unseren Hund gab es genug zu entdecken und direkt nebenan ein Wanderweg bis zur Bergspitze. Man kann von hier die Toskana in all ihren Farben erleben und wer gern im Meer baden möchte, der Weg ist nicht weit. So wie viele andere Highlights. Unsere Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht, danke dafür. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Die Unterkunft ist toll und wirklich ruhig. Das Bett wirklich bequem und Vad und Küche super eingerichtet. Wenn man in der Natur sein möchte und doch schnell am Strand oder gut gelegen für schöne Ausflüge, ist sie perfekt. Natürlich ist es um die Jahreszeit sehr warm, sodass der Ventilator zwar geholfen hat. Um mehr quer lüften zu können, wären noch mehr Insektennetze an den Fenstern und dem Balkon/Terrassentür hilfreich - auch gegen die Gekkos.

The place was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was warm and cosy. Alessandro and Elena took great care of their guest and always made sure that everything was okay and offered they help if needed. The restaurant was nice with an Italien feel to it, and simply by asking and mentioning you could even get gluten free portions. The place is calm and you can enjoy your evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. All and all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to those who want an authentic, peacefull and enjoyable place to stay for their trip to Tuscany.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed everything. The apartment is fully equipped and the pool has an amazing view. We also enjoyed the company of all the animals that walk around on their land. We can greatly recommend it and love to come again.

Susies AirBnb was a lovely place to stay at, I loved the wooden furniture in the apartment, the kitchen is just big enough, has everything that you need and in general the apartment is tidy and spotless. The surrounding area is very scenic, a very quiet place perfect for relaxing by the pool. Susie and her husband were very nice hosts, very friendly and happy to help out when we needed something. They also gave us recommendations for the area. Lari is definitely worth a visit for a walk around, ice cream(!) and food. The people we met in Lari were the friendliest we met on our vacation in Italy and we felt very comfortable.
