Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Livorno

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

Tiziano è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto con grande cortesia spiegandoci tutte le dotazioni di casa e consigliandoci luoghi dove andare. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e dotato veramente di tutto. La spiaggia dista 10 minuti a piedi senza problemi di attraversamento di strade. Consigliatissimo

Alessandro è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Mancava l'asse da stiro che poteva tornare utile e lo ha procurato nuovo il giorno dopo. Mea Culpa ho dovuto per esigenze lasciare prima L'appartamento avvisandolo all'ultimo ed è stato cortese nei miei riguardi. Disponibile e reattivo.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Appena arrivi all'alloggio di Carlo abbiamo avuto subito la sensazione che la nostra vacanza sarebbe stata speciale: la posizione e la casa stessa sono meravigliosi, il grande parco( tutto recintato,perfetto x chi come noi aveva bimbi e cani) che circonda ti da una quiete incredibile,i grandi spazi della casa sono preziosi quando si è in tanto, tutti hanno la propria privacy. Carlo è un hosting eccezionale, preparato e accogliente. ci ha aiutati in ogni nostra richiesta! ( e sono state parecchie:)) un particolare grazie a Grazia che ti fa trovare una casa impeccabile, letti e asciugamani disposti come nei migliori hotel, la casa profuma di pulito fino all'ultimo giorno, questo è sinonimo di cura dei dettagli che spesso altrove non si trova. questo alloggio ti entra nel cuore , è stato speciale anche per i nostri cagnoloni ,un parco enorme dove giocare e correre in sicurezza. ripartire è stato davvero faticoso!

Stefania è una persona molto disponibile ed accogliente. Lo chalet si trova in un contesto splendido immerso nella natura. La struttura è pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort ed è molto bella ed accogliente. Alla prima occasione conto di tornarci assolutamente. CONSIGLIATISSIMA

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay in Castiglioncello! We had an amazing time staying at Luca’s apartment. The place is spacious! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a lovely balcony where we enjoyed relaxing in both mornings and evenings. The location is fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, also not far from the city center, it’s calm and peaceful. There are also several delicious restaurants nearby, and even the neighbors were super friendly. Luca was an incredible host, very welcoming and kind. He even picked us up from the train station and gave us a helpful introduction to the apartment and the area. Check in and check out time is also very flexible. One thing to note is that the apartment is close to the train tracks, so you might hear some noise. But it didn’t bother us that much. Overall, we were super satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!!!

Это было потрясающе! Дом находится в уединенном живописном месте, состояние жилья превзошло все ожидания. Очень уютно и душевно. Не хотелось оттуда уезжать. Хозяйка очень приветливая и доброжелательная, ответила на все наши вопросы и дала необходимые инструкции. С обратной стороны дома есть небольшой магазин со всем необходимым, правда, его сложно было найти, на нем нет вывески. За домом есть небольшое кафе, утром там купили вкуснейшие круассаны. Если пройти мимо кафе чуть дальше, выйдете на небольшой мост, с которого открывается шикарный вид на окрестности. Рекомендую сходить туда утром. Жилье всем рекомендуем. Если еще будем проезжать по Тоскане, обязательно там остановимся!

Quel plaisir d'arriver ainsi dans une si belle maison, vaste et bien rangée et de trouver en cadeau tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner ❣️ Le village de Ghizzano est superbe et très original, nous avons pu profiter des collines autour et faire une balade sublimes et la localisation est telle que nous avons pu rayonner toute la semaine et découvrir tous les hauts lieux touristiques de la Toscane. Une semaine enchanteresse, grâce à vous. Merci encore.

We only were able to stay one night after arriving a little late. We were greeted very pleasantly and shown the apartment and got a great restaurant recommendation. The meal was fantastic! The included breakfast was a welcome addition. We would stay at this location again, especially if the pool was open. It looks like it would be a nice area to enjoy. If there was anything to say negative, the beds were not as comfortable as we are used to, but that may just be our preference. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Skønt og familievenligt sted. Smuk udsigt, fin lejlighed og børnevenligt - også med en baby på 7 måneder. Værtsskabet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt. Mange tak for nogle dejlige dage!

L'appartamento di Simona è carino, pulitissimo, ordinato e soprattutto fresco! Si è rivelato un rifugio piacevole durante un'estate particolarmente torrida. Si trova in collina, circondato da boschi e dal silenzio, un luogo davvero incantevole, e cmq non lontano dal mare. Lo spazio esterno è curato, ombreggiato e intimo, la compagnia dei gattini di Simona è stata piacevole e rilassante. Simona si è dimostrata un'host attenta, discreta e simpatica, ho apprezzato molto i suoi consigli sul territorio e le aziende locali. Spero di poterci tornare presto!

Elena si è dimostrata un'host davvero disponibile, sia prima che durante il soggiorno, con consigli e utili indicazioni. L'alloggio non solo corrisponde alla descrizione, ma è anche fornito di tutto il necessario, la pulizia impeccabile e il paesino nel quale si trova è tranquillo e molto caratteristico. Non sempre si riesce a trovare parcheggio davanti a casa, ma basta essere disposti a fare qualche passo in più e si trova facilmente (considerando che è agosto). Da Riotorto è facile non solo raggiungere il mare ma anche centri più grandi come Follonica e Piombino. In definitiva è stata una super vacanza, molto rilassante, ci sarebbe piaciuto poter rimanere lì!

appartamento più che confortevole, ordinato e molto pulito, situato in ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e dal centro pedonale di San Vincenzo. Ilaria è un host eccellente, sempre presente ad ogni nostra richiesta oltre ad averci fornito indicazioni su varie attività da poter svolgere nella zona. Consigliatissimo

Prima onderkomen in een prachtige , rustige en groene omgeving. Hier kun je heerlijk relaxen bij het zwembad of in de uitgestrekte tuin. Uitgebreid ontbijt mogelijk a 10.- Restaurants op ca 15 minuten rijden. Drankjes verkrijgbaar voor supermarkt inkoopprijzen. Aanbevolen!

Benedetta war eine extrem aufmerksame, hilfsbereite und höfliche Gastgeberin!!! Sie war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht!! Sie war mehr als freundlich und das Frühstück war auch frisch und toll zubereitet!! Wir waren total überrascht, dass Benedetta sogar unsere Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts gemacht hat!!! Was ein toller Service!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses AirBnB einchecken und können es jedem weiterempfehlen, der eine tolle und schöne Zeit in Cecina haben möchte!! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft Benedetta!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat sich direkt sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: frisch, vielfältig und vor allem alles selbst vom Gastgeber zubereitet! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und ideal zum Entspannen. Erwähnenswert ist auch die herzliche Art der Gastgeber, die uns mit viel Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Tipps für Ausflüge rund um die Insel empfangen und betreut haben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa Corbezzolo è immersa nella natura ed è letteralmente splendido! Vicinissimo al centro di Procchio e raggiungibile anche a piedi. La colazione è davvero buona accompagnata da una vista rilassante. Roberta e Luca sono stati molto gentili. Bellissima esperienza.

La camera del b&b di Matilde era davvero stupenda e caratteristica della zona. Molto pulita e ben organizzata. Ottimo punto di appoggio per ammirare la bellezza delle colline toscane. Consiglio a tutti gli ospiti!!

Underbart läge på det högst belägna rummet med fantastiskt utsikt och egna solsängar. Cristina ordnade varje morgon en hemlagad frukost och det gick även att få en välsmakande middag serverat på terrassen nedanför. Cristina är en fantastisk värd som tar väl hand om sina gäster på bästa sätt 🫶🏻

Great location perfectly placed in town close to many restaurants and shops.
