Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

We loved our stay here! The beautiful surrounding, the vegetation, the fresh smell of flowers and the soothing sounds of the ocean - absolutely divine. Fabio was responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed our short stay.

Wir vermissen die Tage und die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wir waren fast ausschliesslich zu Fuss bis in die Innenstadt von Ventimiglia ca. 15 Minuten (zur Markhalle, zum Eisessen und bis zum Bahnhof) und mit der Bahn (Fahrt nach Menton und Monaco) unterwegs. Für uns perfekt. Der kleine Strand unterhalb des Hauses war bezaubernd und wir waren fast jeden Abend schwimmen. Claudia ist eine Top-Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Bonjour, j'ai passé un agréable séjour avec Chouchou, le petit chien qui m'accompagne dans le logement que propose Sira et Lucio. Je l'ai trouvé fonctionnel, bien agencé, spacieux et bien placé. Sira et Lucio ont été des logeurs attentionnés et prévenants. Merci.

Die Lage des Hauses war die beste, die wir je in unseren Italien-Reisen erlebt haben. Man braucht kein Auto, alles ist zu Fuss bestens erreichbar. Einzig für die Reise vom Bahnhof bis zum Haus waren wir auf ein Taxi angewiesen, da es leider keine Busverbindung gab. Isabella half uns zum Glück, ein Taxi zu organisieren. Der Strand unterhalb des Hauses war viel schöner als wir erwartet hatten. Es gibt da eine kleine charmante Bar, und man kann mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Altstadt auf den bequemen flachen Felsen liegen und sonnenbaden. Auch zum Baden im Meer schien es uns hier ideal, auch wenn das Meer Ende April noch etwas kalt war. Isabella war stets erreichbar für unsere Fragen und half uns bei allen Anliegen rund um unseren Aufenthalt. Vor Ort anwesend war ihre Mutter, sie übergab die Schlüssel und erklärte uns die Wege zu allen wichtigen Orten (Läden, Restaurants, Strände und historische Sehenswürdigkeiten). Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pasamos unos hermosos días en el departamento, lleno de paz y tranquilidad. El departamento es grande y cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir como en casa. La vista al mar es hermosa y Matteo fue muy amable con nosotros. Súper recomendable!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay again! The location is excellent and in our view, the restaurant opposite the accommodation was very handy. We hired bikes and it was only a 10 min ride into the centre of Sanremo. Can’t beat the ocean views every morning here and easy access to the cycle and walking path, the beach and the supermarket!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Jag rekommenderar Jean-Marcs vackra och rymliga hus med en fantastisk utsikt över Medelhavet Det var mycket rent och välutrustat Huset hade 2 stora altaner där vi njöt av både frukost och middagar. Vi var 7 vuxna och hade gott om plats. Vi vill gärna återkomma Mvh Ann-Marie

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt, zahlreiche Cafés vor der Tür, ein wunderschöner Garten mit Zitronenbäumen und sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeber! Vielen Dank! :)

L'alloggio è esattamente come da annuncio, indicazioni sul check-in chiare e semplici. Noi lo abbiamo usato solamente come appoggio per dormire, ma l'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve ed è risultato pulito e ordinato. La zona è tranquilla e non lontana dal mare, ottimo il parcheggio riservato.

Clara è una host molto disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento è grande, pulito, accessoriato e ristrutturato di recente.

La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, ma allo stesso tempo vicina a tutto. In poco tempo si raggiunge l'autostrada e da lì ci si può spostare dove si vuole. Il paese è accessoriato di tutto, ed ha anche una bellissima parte vecchia che consigliamo di visitare. Grazie di tutto, a presto! Giuseppe ed Elena

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bordighera! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is very convenient — just outside the house there’s a bus stop that takes you directly to the main train station in only four stops. If you take the bus in the opposite direction, you can reach Sanremo, a beautiful nearby town that’s definitely worth a visit. There’s also a lovely sea-facing restaurant near the port entrance, and a large supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, which was super handy. Helen is an excellent host — very communicative, friendly, and always ready to help. She made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Bordighera!

Très bel appartement que celui proposé par Carlotta et Paolo, magnifique environnement avec vue sur mer. Le jardin est un vrai plus. Carlotta a été très accueillante, souriante, sympathique, flexible et réactive. Nous avons donc passé un très bon long week end, beaucoup de visites aux alentours. Le vieux cervo est très charmant. Donc un endroit à conseiller.

Un immense merci à Giulia pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et l’attention témoignée durant mon séjour. Je recommande chaleureusement, le studio est meublé et conçu avec beaucoup de goût dans un immeuble typique proche de nombreux restaurants dans le centre de la ville. Calme et authenticité assurés !

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche hat man alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich schön und etwas besonderes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit in der Wohnung genossen.

Io e la mia fidanzata siamo stati per soli 2 giorni presso l’alloggio di Maria Vittoria, ma è stato come sentirsi a casa! L’esperienza è stata veramente piacevole, l’appartamento disponeva di tutte le comodità come da descrizione e Maria Vittoria è stata molto disponibile e cortese. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le spiagge, il centro e le varie passeggiate/pista ciclabile comodamente a piedi in pochi minuti; questo è un plus in quanto permette di spostarsi anche nelle zone limitrofe con grande facilità. Menzione speciale per la pulizia in quanto era tutto pulito e c’era anche l’occorrente per tenere in ordine. Soggiorno complessivamente molto soddisfacente!
