Holiday rentals with a patio in Princeville

Fantastic stay! The unit is part of a resort so we got upgraded when we got there to a what looked like a full one bedroom apartment, with a living room and kitchen and washer/dryer that actually saved our life after muddy hikes, and a wrap-around balcony with recliners and a table. The amenities were great too, free beach towels, pool and hot tub, outdoor grilling area, access to a gym in their sister resort (which is right nearby). There are also free activities in the resort every day, my favorite being a Mai Tai hour on Fridays. My only complaint is I wish there was regular cleaning provided. We were informed upon check in that if we needed any cleaning we had to inform them, but when we asked for new sheets we had to change them ourselves. Other than that, almost perfect stay.

We had a great stay!! Seaside Haven was the perfect location for us to explore the north side of the island. It was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy. We felt safe. Hallie was very friendly and responsive. AC was amazing!!! The two units kept the entire home very cool. We loved having our own private SeaLodge Beach too! The walk down was a fun adventure (maybe 10 minutes) and it wasn’t too hard for our 5 year old. It was a secluded, calm beach for the kids to snorkel. We would definitely book with Hallie again.

Loved our stay, it was so nice having the full kitchen, big comfy couch with big screen tv, spacious bathroom, super clean, very comfy bed, and lots of beach supplies like chairs and snorkels... we love this location walking distance to the 1 hotel beach and hideaway beach.

The view from the apartment was spectacular! We really enjoyed having our breakfast and evening drinks on the lanai watching the surf. The layout of the apartment was lovely. It had all that we needed. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach towels and umbrella being available as well. Eric was very responsive and provided an excellent info book of things to do on the island, not just the North Shore. We highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! Quiet and beautiful area and very close to various food and shopping spots, as well as only 8 minutes from Hanalei bay. Michal was very communicative and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be coming back. Thanks Michal!

Wowie wow. Unreal views…cozy and modern interior…perfectly laid back and magical! Todd did an amazing job…thank you for an amazing vacation! Quick hop over to Hanalei…our 6 year old loved running up and down the rolling grassy hills and exploring the property…just perfect.

It was a good place for a couple people

We had a wonderful stay in this place ! The house was So clean and well kept. Blender was in use all week for the wonderful Kauai fruit Smoothies we made all week. Pool are was amazing. Quick drive to Foodland and Hanalei. So many nice beaches in driving distance. Violeta was very responsive to our questions! Amazing value!

Laura, the co-host, was exceptionally proactive and responsive. The accommodation exceeded its advertisement, and parking was convenient. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, the rental's location was ideal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would book again!

The place surpassed all our expectations. The views from the balcony of the mountains, lush trees, flowers and waterfalls are so beautiful. We definitely want to go back. You will not be disappointed!!

Fabulous location, steps from Hideaways, short stroll to Queens Bath and 1 Hanalei. We walked everywhere, saw tons of turtles, kitchen is well appointed, exceeded our hopes, thank you!

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

This house was perfect. The porch was nestled up against the forest and we had horses visit us each day. It was a very short walk to a quiet beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for groceries. Honestly didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere else on the island because this place was so relaxing.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. I wish I could hire the owners to decorate my own house because everything was just stunning. My daughter said, “this is my dream beach house!” We appreciated how well stocked everything was. We felt right at home. All the beach gear was perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated that the check out “to do” list was short and sweet. We loved the açaí bowl place that was within walking distance and we loved how close the condo was to Hanalei town. My only suggestion is if you’re traveling during the summer months, stop by and turn on the AC units in the rooms before going to explore the town. We didn’t and regretted that because it took a little while to cool down the house. But after a couple of hours, the condo was very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this spot- it’s great!

Great place in the north area of Kauai. Close to Hanalei. Sina’s place was great for my boyfriend and I. We really appreciated the AC in the bedroom and the free laundry in the place. The host was also great at communicating and responding quickly. I would book with Sina again in the future! :)

Cash was a gracious host, accommodating our early check-in needs upon arrival. The location is beautiful, near the water and affords dramatic sunset views over Hanalei Bay. When I accidentally fell through a screen door on the lanai, Cash was able to promptly repair it. Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at Viet’s. It wasn’t just the beautiful interior and view of the ocean, but they had anything we could have needed for our trip to Kaua'i. Binoculars, beach chairs, beach towels. The Cliffs has amazing amenities and has different activities / vendors throughout our stay. Best of all, Viet was timely in her responses and thorough if we had any questions. If we came back to Kaua'i, we would definitely stay at Viet’s again!

Very communicative, super helpful and the area was beautiful. The bikes were super fun. His garage was packed with different things for activities- boogie boards, bikes, etc. you get so much more for what you pay for! We stayed here with our friend group (6 people) for a wedding- very close drive to the 1hotel.

This was a fantastic stay for my fiancee and I. Such a great location in Princeville that was located a short drive from most of the places we wanted to visit. The place was also very clean. We would gladly stay again at this airbnb.

We loved staying in this property on our recent trip to Kauai! The property was easy to find, Adam’s instructions were great, and the inside was perfect for us as a couple! It was clean and exactly as described. We loved neighborhood - so many great places to walk for exercise and many things to do. We walked to Happy Talk Lounge, 1Hotel, and it was a very short drive to Hanalei and beaches on the north side of the island. The book of recommendations was great as well! This is a great option in Princeville and we would definitely recommend it!

Cari was very helpful & kind in allowing us to check in early and in helping us get acquainted w the area. Beautiful property, with all the supplies we could need. If I go back in fall through spring, I’d definitely stay there. But it was very warm at night sleeping without AC in June.

We had a great three-night stay at Josh's place. While it's part of a larger condo community, it was very quiet and peaceful during the evening hours that we were in the unit (we were out sightseeing most days). The location on the golf course was picturesque, and every evening we made the 5-minute walk for beautiful cliffside sunset viewing. The unit was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Josh was very responsive, proactive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Josh!

Exceptional experience. The place was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located -- but the best part was Lucille herself! Don't know if I've ever met a more prompt, friendly, or helpful host. A much better experience and value than staying at a resort in my opinion. We would love to be back. Thanks Lucille!
