Beautiful condo in magical north shore Kauai! Our location in Princeville was perfect and so close to everything we wanted to do! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, multiple beaches and Queen’s Bath! You can also arrange to be picked up for a shuttle at the Princeville Golf course (10 minute walk) to go to Hā’ena State Park for the dreaded (and beautiful) Kalalau hike! You need to make a reservation 30 days in advance. The Princeville Plantation offers a lovely pool and BBQ area. The condo itself is very well equipped and the beach chairs, umbrella and towels are nice and new! Eric was a great guy to work with and provided a ton of info about the area. Highly recommend staying here.

Great value for a two bedroom, two bath condo. Great location. Could use a poolside bar. Condos are warm but manageable without the $20 a day AC charge.

Great place to stay. We always stay in Princeville but this was our first time @ Bali Hai. Comfortable, and had everything we needed. Todd was great, thank you.

Nice place. Sat at the veranda and enjoyed the lush vegetation and warm weather with a soft breeze. The pool and hot tub with waterfalls were very pleasant. Nice scenery. The market and restaurants were a little over a mile which we walked to often. Princeville a great location with Hanalei right next door. Lots of hiking, snorkeling, sightseeing and shopping. It was a wonderful vacation!

This spot is in a perfect location for exploring the trails and beaches of the North island. The beautiful stay comes with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. We loved exploring Kauai form this great stay as well as relaxing on the property.

Loved staying here on Kauai! Views were absolutely stunning and the amenities on site were great- loved being able to stretch out and have our own kitchen to cook in - beds were really comfortable as well! Would definitely return

This vacation home is easily the best overall experience we have had on AirBnb till date. Thanks a bunch to David for everything! We would highly recommend the place and David to anyone. We will also be very glad to come back in the future. We were right at home through out the entire week we spent in Kauai! Everything was easy and David is extremely responsive for any small thing you reach out to him about. We could not have asked for a better stay for our vacation. Extremely happy overall! This is our third place staying at Margie’s condo in Princeville. We love staying here because it feels just like home. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfortable. There are tons of beach supplies as well like umbrellas, chairs, toys, and snorkels. We are looking forward to our next visit here again very soon.

Lovely home for three couples. Beds and bedrooms were all comfortable each with its own bathroom. The lanai was perfect for lounging and eating meals at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay at Laura’s house. She was very responsive throughout.

Nice resort: condos in a clean park + swimming pool/tennis. Feels like a hotel (no food on site though). The resort is quiet and well maintained. Hanalei's downtown is ~10 minutes away by car. Didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equiped

It was a very good accommodation. It was convenient because all the dishes and daily necessities were provided. The house was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. Our family had a great stay for 6 nights.

Such a beautiful place! My family and I had a wonderful time here. The host was so accommodating and the space was perfect for our family of 6 (including a toddler). We would absolutely come back and book this place again!

We had a nice stay in Princeville. Laura was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was in a great location for exploring the north shore. It was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Only complaint is the AC is pretty loud and didn’t reach one of the bedrooms but it wouldn’t hold us back from visiting again.

The house was great, clean, had plenty of kitchen items and bath and beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear, a few chairs. We had one minor issue with plugs and a fan in one of the rooms and they had an electrician out the next morning to get it taken care of. I would be happy to book with them in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and comfortable and the AC did not disappoint. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Nice neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The only downfall (which is no fault of the house or host) is that the next door neighbor was constantly watching us in the yard and did NOT like when the kids ball rolled into his yard. Oops! Other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again…minus the ball.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

Beautiful home - probably could handle two families with kids. Old School Key versus digital entry. Beaches are about 20 - 25 minute walk from house, closer by bike. Very beautiful landscaping, made it feel very private despite being in a neighborhood. Upstairs bedroom had no shades so my wife and I slept downstairs, very comfortable beds and stout AC for sleeping.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Princeville, Kauai. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely incredible—waking up to the lush green landscape and ocean in the distance was a highlight of our trip. The host was friendly and very responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home here and appreciated the peaceful, scenic location. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and take in the natural beauty of Kauai!
