Had a great time, very quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, nice place to stay, quick walk to a secluded beach, great place to stay on the north shore

This place was brilliant! I was on vacation in Princeville w/ mom and dad, and this place was exactly what we needed. It was a <10 minute drive from Hanali bay, restaurants, beaches, Hāʻena park shuttle stop. The AirBnB had a nice kitchen w/ enough cooking material to make dinner/breakfast and save a few bucks while visiting the island. We had a nice view of the ocean, and a few hidden trails near our place. Parking was hella easy. I'm def returning to the island, and if the lord be blessed, this AirBnB will be available for booking. :) Shout out to Brooke for communicating recs to us, for being so responsive, and kind throughout our trip.

We had a great stay here. Very relaxing and felt at home. Beautiful views, and the pool was a nice way to unwind at the end of a day of hiking in the area. Thank you!

We had a great stay!! Seaside Haven was the perfect location for us to explore the north side of the island. It was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy. We felt safe. Hallie was very friendly and responsive. AC was amazing!!! The two units kept the entire home very cool. We loved having our own private SeaLodge Beach too! The walk down was a fun adventure (maybe 10 minutes) and it wasn’t too hard for our 5 year old. It was a secluded, calm beach for the kids to snorkel. We would definitely book with Hallie again.

Wowie wow. Unreal views…cozy and modern interior…perfectly laid back and magical! Todd did an amazing job…thank you for an amazing vacation! Quick hop over to Hanalei…our 6 year old loved running up and down the rolling grassy hills and exploring the property…just perfect.

Fantastic spot in Princeville. Can’t beat the views. Spent a lot of time on the balcony - starting and ending our days there. Enjoyed the pool as well. Would rent here again.

Albert’s condo is beautiful and the sunrise over the water is alone worth the price. The kitchen is stocked to make you feel at home cooking, and the beach equipment is more than sufficient. We loved our stay and will be back!

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

This was a great place and a short walk to the beach. Also great how close it was to the airport after a long flight to the island. Wonderful Airbnb hosts as well as they were always super responsive and proactive. Loved being about midway between the North and Southside of the island. Couple places we loved near by, favorite shaved ice was Hee Fat and Malasadas at Paradise bakery. Like this rental, very reasonable prices and offer fantastic products!

We have stayed at many different properties of Susanne’s over the years, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Exactly as depicted in the ad. Super clean and super convenient. We can’t wait to come back to Kauai and stay in one of Susanne’s properties in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and comfortable and the AC did not disappoint. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Nice neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The only downfall (which is no fault of the house or host) is that the next door neighbor was constantly watching us in the yard and did NOT like when the kids ball rolled into his yard. Oops! Other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again…minus the ball.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Kendall's! The home was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed from baking dishes, herbs to beach chairs and a cooler. The home was beautifully decorated and having two separate floors for our party of 5 was really wonderful. We really enjoyed having every meal out on the lanai. Having such close access to the beach, Waimea Canyon and more was really fantastic! The cherry-on-top was Kendall's dog Piper, who adopted my family for the week. Both Kendall and Joel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My parents are already talking about wanting to come back to their home! I couldn't this place recommend more!

The host was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly, which we really appreciated. We booked last minute, and while the property wasn’t ready upon arrival, the host promptly sent a cleaner to take care of it. Once everything was taken care of, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The view is absolutely wonderful, and despite the initial hiccup, we would definitely book this place again!

We were all very happy with the Airbnb. It was as expected and the hosts were very informative and got back to us really quick with any questions we had. The whole place was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is really big and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and cook any meal. We will definitely stay there again, if they will have us. Excellent location right on the oceanfront. Easy access to swimmable spot (walk several block down to public beach access or walk over some rocks/logs on the beach toward the more swimmable side). We also snorkeled right in front of the house but entry was a little tricker. House is older but clean. Tracey communicated well with any questions I had and to make sure all was well. Easily walkable to market, several good restaurants, etc. The house worked well for 4 adults and we would absolutely stay again if in the area! Thanks Tracey.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We loved this place! The ocean views were stunning, with breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. We definitely appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided—they came in handy during our stay. The area itself is so peaceful and picturesque! Alexis and Gifford were proactive with their check-in and check-out instructions. There's also a book inside the house with local recommendations, which we really enjoyed!

We literally had our original reservation cancel on us while we were enroute, on the plane, to Kauai. After multiple phone calls of non-availabilities, we were finally able to come across Deena who had a wonderful property available in Princeville and still within our budget. The property was beautiful as was the condo…more than we expected, especially with such short notice. The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was modern and clean, and the patio was very comfortable and relaxing. Deena was very helpful, communication was on-point and answered every question and concern we had. We would wholeheartedly reach out to her again for our future travels.

The condo at the HBR was really relaxing for us and our infant son. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom for us to set up a crib and slumber pod. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt like we had everything we needed. There is a cute coffee shop in the grounds and a restaurant with live music. We preferred the food in Hanalei though which was a short drive away. The best part of this condo, and the reason we booked it is the views. We got rain for the first few days of our stay and the views were covered with clouds but on our last day the clouds went away and we were in awe.

Beautiful private apartment with gorgeous ocean views and centrally located along the north coast. Great bang for your buck!

The place is well furnished with kitchen necessities and pantry items. Spectacular view from the patio overlooking hideaways beach, the best snorkeling we've found on the island, beyond Bahamas and Florida keys quality by far. Large double-head master shower, washer and dryer were very nice to have. Chairs and coolers to borrow for the beach. Definitely a home I could retire in.

We stayed 10 days and had an incredible time! The condo was beautiful and was stocked with plenty of the items needed for the beach and other activities! Jeff the host was extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly! We will be back!
