Great little place. I enjoyed my stay here. It is small but I knew that going in. The kitchen feels spacious and is well equipped. Thanks for the goodies and the flowers! The bed is very comfortable. It is a bit noisy early in the morning (roosters and vehicles) but I slept fine after the first night. Thank you for everything!

We had a fantastic stay at Margarette’s place. The grounds are so well maintained by Matt. Always felt so safe and private. Loved using the barbecue under the pergola and enjoying our coffee while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment had everything we needed including a whole kitchen which helped us save money on food. Very cozy overall. The neighborhood has a lot of conveniences nearby. Only con is that our apartment backs up to a parking lot just beyond the fence so engine revving and noise did happen late at night. Also lots of chickens, but that’s everywhere. Earplugs generously provided solved that. Stayed at a fair amount of airbnbs and this lists as one of our favorites. Highly recommend and give 5 stars.

That bed was the most comfortable bed and those sheets.. oh man those sheets!! Like royalty! the place was very nice, with its art all over every wall! Compared to some places we stayed at in Waikiki, this place was a palace. the only downside was the shower was a bit small and hard to keep the curtain inside the stall, but otherwise, this was a great place to stay. the wife and I Highly recommend staying here! thank you for the hospitality !

The home is wonderful! A great getaway and close to the roaring ocean. Although you cannot see the ocean, we heard the waves crashing on big swells. The bikes for rent at The Cliffs gave us an easy way to get around. The home is a little dark, but during the day we were always out anyway. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were comfy. The additional beach gear was also great to use. This is a great place for families or a few couples. We had an amazing 9 night stay and would definitely go back. The host was great at communication and gave us lots to read about before we arrived. Wonderful place and close to all our favorite spots in Princeville!

This place is adorable. It looks like a 40's vacation cottage and they have done it perfectly. Don't worry, they have all the modern conveniences. Matt, who was on premises, went out of his way to accommodate us with several requests. Of course, it's not on the ocean which accounts for the better price, but it's a short walk away. I would definitely go there again or recommend it to friends.

Wonderful little hideaway! I loved the charm! It had everything we needed, and the bed was SOOO comfortable! We slept so well! And the view of the mountainside was so pretty to see every time we pulled in or left. We would definitely stay there again!

My wife our toddler and I had the pleasure to stay here. It was our first time on the Island and the location was Perfect, super close to the airport, just a very short walk to the beach behind the resort. It had everything we needed. and the convenience of the resort were a plus..

Great location, lots of room well equipped kitchen but not new furnishing. Everything was more than adequate but not updated. Loved the massage chair though!

Book this place!! As a first time visitor to Kauai, we were so lucky to stay at Tim and Karen‘s lovely home. We were advised to consider staying in Princeville when visiting as its nice quiet area away from all the touristy spots on the other side of the island. Their beautiful home in Princeville was a wonderful stay as it was perfectly clean and they were also kind enough to offer certain amenities. For example, we really appreciated Karen running a load of our laundry as we have been traveling for 10 days and she wanted to make sure we were able to enjoy our stay to its fullest extent. Princeville is a delightful neighborhood that feels like a movie set as it is so peaceful and allows you to truly relax and enjoy the aloha of Kauai.

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful neighbor hood that was close to great restaurants and beaches! It was stocked with the essentials and more than we needed! The amount of beach gear was awesome and we really enjoyed the beach chairs! I would come back and stay here again, plus Laura was great to work with and talk to!

Debra and her husband (and her friendly dog Hoku) were all so welcoming. This is a great location a block from the ocean. Debra was a great communicator and responded quickly when we needed something, but also gave us space and peace throughout our trip. We will stay here again next time we go to the west side!! Also, great surf spots near by.

We loved our stay at this home. The location is great. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Hanalei beach, which is our favorite beach in Hawaii. Our kids loved playing in the water and on the sand. We picked this house largely for its amenities. Having a crib, pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat, sand toys, beach chairs and so much more made it so nice that we didn't have to try to bring all those things with us. And there were little things that weren't specifically called out in the listing that were really fun. One morning I found my daughter and my niece having a tea party with a little tea set they had found. It was adorable and completely unexpected. The backyard shower was nice after coming back from the beach to get the sand off. We enjoyed the barbecue grill and outdoor seating. The air conditioning kept it comfortable inside. All in all, we had a great vacation. My only regret is that it's over.

We had an amazing stay at Dr Nics condo in Princeville. The location was great and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was so spacious and clean! Kauai is an incredible island and after our long days exploring the island it was the perfect place for rest and relaxation! Although this unit does not have AC we never had an issue as there is an amazing ocean breeze and well functioning ceiling fans that kept us cool and comfortable. We would strongly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again in the future!

This well appointed 3rd floor condo has everything you would want and need for a fabulous Kauai vacation. The space was immaculate. Furnished in subtle beach tones. The view is beyond measure. No negatives. You should book now. We would definitely stay here again. Ample room and well stocked kitchen that provides all manner of cooking utensils, place settings, and appliances to enjoy a gourmet meal whether it be at the dining table overlooking the ocean or on the lanai. There were so many great spaces to relax and take in the scenery. We enjoyed several swims in the pool which was clean and perfect temperature. Ian and Melissa were great hosts! We appreciated their hospitality, quick communication, and understanding and anticipation for everything we might need.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Princeville, Kauai! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The condo was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Waking up to ocean breezes and enjoying coffee on the lanai while taking in the lush greenery was a daily highlight. The location is perfect — close to gorgeous beaches, scenic hikes, and great local restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true escape. Our hosts, Ian and Melissa were welcoming, responsive, and provided excellent recommendations that made our trip even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while exploring the magic of Kauai.

This condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, clean with a beautiful view off the patio. Absolutely no complaints. I was expecting to be able to see the sunset from the patio, and that is not the case. To see the sunset you have to take a short walk to an adjacent park.

Location was amazing and a great deal for the area! Lovely to have all the amenities of the hotel

Fantastic staying at the Westin. Gorgeous location in Princeville resort community. Kitchenette in the room and BBQs all over the resort, making cooking a breeze. Nice pool and amenities. We will be back.

I highly recommend this place, its peaceful but very close to many fun and relaxing activities. The condo has amazing views, and amenities, like beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers. It has very comfortable modern furniture and beds. It is in a convenient location within a couple minutes walk from beautiful uncrowded beaches. It's also only 15 minutes from Hanalei Bay.
