House holiday rentals in Princeville

Such a beautiful place! My family and I had a wonderful time here. The host was so accommodating and the space was perfect for our family of 6 (including a toddler). We would absolutely come back and book this place again!

Clean, small but perfect for me. Cute but no stove. Could use an air fryer. But it was great. I suggest keeping the bathroom door shut to avoid a humid draft. No complaints.

We had a nice stay in Princeville. Laura was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was in a great location for exploring the north shore. It was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Only complaint is the AC is pretty loud and didn’t reach one of the bedrooms but it wouldn’t hold us back from visiting again.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

Kurt was a great host! Clear communication and easy instructions to follow. The whole process was seamless and stress free. They have instructions waiting for you when you arrived. If it wasn’t for their tip on how single lane bridges work, I would have been so confused. Beautiful views and great location. Will definitely book again when I make another trip to Kauai.

The house was a great rental in Princeville. The mountains are within view and ocean walkable. Appreciated the different spaces to hang out, awesome salt pool with pool gear accessible and all the amenities we needed for our stay. Walkable to Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach also the paths by the golf course. Would highly recommend this place for family of 10. Thanks for the great memories!!

We stayed at Lauren’s listing and had an amazing time. The house was so beautifully decorated and the amenities were awesome. It felt like a home away from home and the retro aesthetic took us back in time. We would gladly come back here to decompress again in the future. Lauren was a great host and made sure we were all good all the time Thank you again for your hospitality!

This was our second stay at Lisa’s and we had another excellent stay. Everything was as clean and wonderful as we remembered. The kitchen has everything you could need if you decide to cook or prepare meals at home. The beds were comfortable as well. Lisa is very quick to respond and willing to help if you need anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was roomy, comfortable and had good views of the mountains and Hanalei Bay. The sunsets were great from the deck. Our host was responsive and helpful. The location is great for exploring the North area of Kauai. The surf boards, boogie boards and beach chairs were very appreciated.

Beautiful location, clean, matched description. The area is amazing, great restaurant options, easy access to the beach and the golf course provides a peaceful walkable area.

You can’t beat the location. Easy walk to Hanalei Bay beach for surf. Short drive to the state park or to Anini beach for calm snorkeling. Walk to the Hanalei bread company for breakfast and coffee. It’s beautiful. The house was clean and well appointed. Lack of air conditioning was not a problem for us with windows and sliding doors open. The second bedroom entrance is outside down the elevated deck. This was fine for us, but might be a problem if traveling with small children.

Great experience. Outstanding location is quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to shops, coffee, groceries, beach, walking path along golf course, basketball court, and park. Perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 teenagers. Plenty of fans, windows, and tradewinds to keep us cool, so the lack of AC wasn't an issue. Thrilled the garage had bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other amenities we didn't expect. Host was friendly and very helpful. Lots of bright lizards/geckos outside were fun to watch. Had to relocate a few baby geckos that snuck inside. Overall we are very pleased with our stay.

We had a fabulous visit. The house was as described and matched the photos. The kitchen was well-quipped. We loved the view from the back deck. Our group of 8 made good use of the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel equipment provided in the garage. One unexpected thing we discovered while walking is that albatrosses live in Princeville. We found a pair in a cul-de-sac at the end of Keoniana Rd. just a short walk from Thames place. Thank you Thames and Aida for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful, clean home. We were so happy to have beach supplies to meet all of our needs. Bring a sleep mask and ear plugs if you’re sensitive to light and noise. The area roosters want to wake you early and you’ll want to sleep with windows open to capture the cool breeze.

Such a lovely place. It’s 10 min drive from Hanalei Bay, and the host is super friendly and responsive as well. Had a small issue with the hot tub and Anastasia helped me solve it super fast.

Our family had a peaceful stay surrounded by amazing birds and beautiful trees and comfortable bed. We loved being close by the pool to enjoy the amazing pool area with bbq's too! Bridgette made sure we had what we needed for our 9 month old Grandson to sleep in Playnpak. We sure enjoyed all the beach and snorkeling equipment and ice chests! We would definitely come come and recommend this tranquil condo.

Paradise Found! 🌺✨ We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Princeville! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this spacious and impeccably clean 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat. The layout was perfect for our family, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Their attention to detail truly made a difference! The extra perks, like the bocce ball in the backyard, were a hit with both our daughter and us adults. Plus, the location couldn't be better! We loved being within walking distance to the park, the vibrant local market, charming shops, and delicious restaurants. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. This home was the perfect base for us, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! 10 out 10!

Comfortable home in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. We especially enjoyed socializing, cooking and dining in the large airy “great” room after a busy day exploring beaches and hiking trails. Wonderful view of the sunset from covered deck and dining table. Loved viewing albatross families with their chicks in nearby cul-de-sacs. Matt and his manager, Monica, were timely and responsive to our questions and pleasant to work with. Only downside was that the malfunctioning BR fans/lights had not been repaired/replaced before our arrival plus dealing with the shaky kitchen faucet barely hanging on to its base …

My family of 6 stayed 5 nights at this beautiful property. The house sits secluded in its own grove of fruit trees, surrounded by a canal. It is also just a short few-min walk to Moloa’a Bay, which is never too crowded. The spacious house has everything you need to cook meals, or enjoy some downtime on the wrap-around porch. It also comes equipped with all of the necessities you would need for enjoying the beach- kayaks, surf boards, snorkels, towels, fishing rods, and more!

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful neighbor hood that was close to great restaurants and beaches! It was stocked with the essentials and more than we needed! The amount of beach gear was awesome and we really enjoyed the beach chairs! I would come back and stay here again, plus Laura was great to work with and talk to!

Great spot, the community is very well manicured and quiet. The space itself is well maintained and well appointed with everything needed to get started. Nothing was "out of order" or needing repair while we were there. The condo is private and everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. Parking does get a bit stressed towards the end of the day when everyone comes back from their day's activities. However here is a spot for overflow which we needed to use a couple times when we got back on the later side. There are some beach essentials available (boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, umbrella and a small cooler) which we were very happy to find. Would highly recommend this place, it housed our family of 5 for almost three weeks and it was just right.

Great place and location Beautiful quiet neighborhood. All floors had a beautiful view. The host Jason was easy to communicate with. The house had everything you needed a home away from home you could say. Can’t wait to be back.

Wonderful place to stay! So many great memories were made this week. Loved eating dinner at the beautiful table, playing cornhole, walking to Hideaway Beach, morning hikes, community music and arts festival….. everything was absolutely perfect!
