Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Premantura

Zoran is a very kind host, and has a lovely place to stay. Zoran was super helpful with any requests we had, and recommended some very good local restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the park and beach, giving opportunity to both morning and evening swims. The park itself is huge, and well worth exploring with Zoran’s bikes.

We had an apartment with a garden, wonderful for relaxing and having breakfast on the terrace, a small bakery is in the immediate vicinity. Everything else is within walking distance, and bicycles are recommended for further exploration of various beaches. Premantura and Ana's accommodation are definitely worth a second visit...

We had a great week in Dragan's apartment. He warmly welcomed us and was always available and helpful throughout the entire time. The apartment and the entire property with pool are very well maintained and well equipped.

Luana welcomed us in a friendly and warm way on site. The apartment is very nice. Thanks to the air conditioning, it is very pleasant even in very hot temperatures. The parking lot with barrier and EV charging stations is also convenient. The stone beach nearby is within walking distance. There are a few small shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. We recovered well and had a nice vacation.

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Villa very well equipped, lower level kitchen is very handy (also fully equipped) so when lounging at the pool you don't have to go up the stairs. The place offers privacy, in a quiet area. Our group consisted of 2 families - 4 adults and 4 children (10-12 years old). The pool was well suited for children to play around. Villa is just like in the pictures, more than enough for a party like ours. Some things to do - visit Premantura natural reserve beaches (very beautiful), kayaking, maybe visit some sights in Pula. We definitely recommend Sasha's place for a Premantura holiday.

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

The stay was absolutely excellent – the accommodation was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Full recommendation!

It was even better than we expected! The olive grove is simply breathtaking. Starting the morning with a cup of coffee on the veranda is the best thing about vacation. The owner left us literally EVERYTHING we needed: from mosquito spray to washing powder. There was not a minute that we experienced discomfort or lack of something. Our dog was happy to guard such a large territory. The air conditioner was also a salvation for us at night. On the way out, we were given olive oil and it was just a wonderful end to the trip. Thank you so much for your accommodation and for the opportunity to come with a pet!

We had a great time in Lovro‘s apartment. The area has a lot to offer and you have a nice retreat to hide from crowded beaches and restaurants. Lovro gives great advices and offers amazing tours around the national park. We would love to come back and highly recommend families to visit!

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

We were very happy with the place. The rooms, the pool, etc. were as shown in the photo and description. Someone was always there or reachable if we had any questions.

This apartment was the best on our European trip so far over 4 weeks of rental - very nice and clean and beds and linen was very very comfortable- air conditioning work excellent- location was perfect for visiting historic Pula, Croatia - thanks again!

The apartment is small, clean and very nice and equipped with everything you need (shower, towels, kitchen, cutlery, pots...). The parking in front of the entrance is very convenient and once we parked the car we used the bikes provided with the apartment to get around (both to reach the center and to get to the furthest beaches without worrying about having to find parking). Although we arrived late in the evening, check-in was simple and communication with the host was also, I would gladly go back!
