Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Premantura

Zoran is a very kind host, and has a lovely place to stay. Zoran was super helpful with any requests we had, and recommended some very good local restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the park and beach, giving opportunity to both morning and evening swims. The park itself is huge, and well worth exploring with Zoran’s bikes.

Wir haben uns bei Melisa und ihrem Mann rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist- wie auf den Bildern zu sehen- toll ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das große Wohnzimmer und die Terrasse laden zum verweilen ein. Es ist alles sehr sauber und auch in der Küche alles vorhanden, das man zum kochen braucht. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und von Natur umgeben. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, die einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen und einem das Gefühl geben willkommen zu sein. Sie haben für jede Gelegenheit einen Tipp und haben uns ihren Garten für einen Grillabend hergerichtet und zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit 😊

Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Garten, herrlich zum Relaxen und zum Frühstücken auf der Terrasse, ein kleiner Bäcker befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles andere ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, zum weiteren Erkunden diverser Strände ist mit den Fahrrädern zu empfehlen. Premantura und die Unterkünfte von Ana sind auf jedem Fall einen zweiten Besuch wert…

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Dragan‘s Wohnung. Er hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und war während der gesamten Zeit stets verfügbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung und das gesamte Grundstück mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet.

Top Preisleistungsverhältnis, sehr empfehlenswert! Das Apartment ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet, die nötigsten Utensilien sind vorhanden und selbstverständlich frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Badetücher und Gesichtstücher. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen! Eine reibungslose Konversation, vielen lieben Dank Luana.

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

U Ivy jsme byli 10 dní… Ubytování bylo čisté a krásné přesně jak je popsáno a na fotkách. Je v blízkosti centra, pláže i potravin. Apartmán je v klidné ulici. Iva nás vřele přivítala a celá její rodina je moc milá… Určitě se rádi vrátíme…

Villa very well equipped, lower level kitchen is very handy (also fully equipped) so when lounging at the pool you don't have to go up the stairs. The place offers privacy, in a quiet area. Our group consisted of 2 families - 4 adults and 4 children (10-12 years old). The pool was well suited for children to play around. Villa is just like in the pictures, more than enough for a party like ours. Some things to do - visit Premantura natural reserve beaches (very beautiful), kayaking, maybe visit some sights in Pula. We definitely recommend Sasha's place for a Premantura holiday.

Wir wurden von Tamaras Familie sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die gesamte Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt und sauber! Vor allem die ruhige Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen. Man ist auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Vielen Dank liebe Tamara für die schöne Zeit!

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Empfang war sehr nett mit einem Willkommensgeschenk. Die Kommunikation mit Miro (Ansprechpartner) war einfach und man bekam schnelle Rückmeldung. Auch bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. In Summe ein sehr gelungener Urlaub/Aufenthalt und definitiv zum Empfehlen!

Это было даже лучше, чем мы ожидали! Оливковая роща просто бесподобна. Начать утро с чашкой кофе на веранде - это лучшее в отпуске. Хозяин оставил нам буквально ВСЕ необходимое: от спрея от Комаров до стирального порошка. Не было ни минуты, чтобы мы испытали дискомфорт или нехватку чего-то. Наша собака была счастлива охранять такую большую территорию. Кондиционер был также спасением для нас ночью. На выезде нам подарили оливкое масло и это было просто чудесным завершением поездки. Большое спасибо за ваше жилье и за возможность приезжать с питомцем!

Het contact met Lovro hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren. vrolijk, open en eerlijk. Ondanks dat hij de bovenwoning bewoont, zie je hem niet veel. Maar reageerd snel op je bericht. Het appartement is prima te bewonen door 4 personen. Heel fijn om je auto achter het hek te parkeren en eventueel nog wat op te laden. een prachtige, rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht op zee. Al met al een fijne vakantie.

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft! Es bietet großzügigen Platz, ist stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jeder Raum ist geschmackvoll dekoriert und strahlt eine wunderbare Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeber großen Wert auf Komfort legen – uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche über gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten bis hin zu den bequemen Betten war alles perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber, die nicht nur herzlich und freundlich sind, sondern auch sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Sie standen uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und haben unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Dieses Haus ist mehr als nur eine Unterkunft – es ist ein echtes Erlebnis! Wir würden es definitiv als Geheimtipp weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer, der Pool, etc. waren wie auf dem Foto und Beschreibung gezeigt. Es war immer jemand da bzw. erreichbar, wenn wir fragen hatten.

This apartment was the best on our European trip so far over 4 weeks of rental - very nice and clean and beds and linen was very very comfortable- air conditioning work excellent- location was perfect for visiting historic Pula, Croatia - thanks again!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
