We felt completely comfortable with Kristina and Daniel from the first moment. The apartment is in excellent condition – well maintained, modernly equipped and absolutely clean. There is nothing missing that you need for a relaxing stay. We would like to highlight the lovingly landscaped garden, which is not only beautiful, but also perfect for a stay with a dog. Another highlight was the little white cat, which we quickly fell in love with – it enriched our stay in a charming way. The location of the accommodation is also ideal: the sea and some beach bars can be reached on foot in just 5 to 10 minutes. If you like to be active, you can easily explore the center of Pula by bike or car - a visit to the local fish market is especially recommended. The place itself is pleasantly quiet, not very touristy and very original - just the thing if you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.

Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Beautiful, bright apartment. Everything at ground level (ideal with children). And location is of course excellent.

The apartment was lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail. Even the refrigerator was already filled with "delicacies". If you had forgotten something at home, you would find it in this apartment. If not, Zorica will get it right away. Very clean, almost new and modern, air conditioning, no noise from the landlord perceptible, immediate proximity to the beach, yet a lot of forest, a few meters further a nice beach restaurant, a wonderful small terrace for us alone for sunny breakfasts; simply everything you need to relax. Partygoers have a bit of a harder time here.

Despite the rain of the century, we felt very comfortable due to the cozy apartment. We still think about the view from the sofa to the pine forest. We would especially like to thank Helena for making it possible for us to come so late in the year. Best regards from Linz Maria and Gert

The apartment was better than expected. When we arrived there was a bottle of local wine, marmelade and a bottle of water welcoming us in the table. As we were late we did all the check-in the day after with the hostess. The flat has two bathrooms, all rooms have effective AC, wall mounted TV’s, and comfortable beds. As Euro Cup 2024 was ongoing we watched the games on the large brand new TV in the living room. Premantura is a wonderful place. Everything we needed was within walking distance, nice clean rocky beaches, nice enough scuba diving , bakeries, grocery shop, restaurants and bars. And more shopping, groceries are available within 15 minutes with car from the village in Pula.

A dream apartment, large, very clean and to feel good. Everything is available, Marina is available at any time with helpful tips. Wonderfully quiet, the sound system of the hotel bunker on the beach in the distance. We recovered very well.

Super uncomplicated, nice stay. I will gladly come back.

Great location. Rooftop is a major perk. Easy check in with parking down the street. Hosts were communicative and came by to say hi and reset WiFi. Wi-Fi download speed was ~80Mbps plenty for work calls.

Valter and Ida’s place was a dream. They were the most accommodating and friendly hosts we have encountered. The place was incredibly clean, in a great location, with many amenities nearby with just a short walk. Beautiful beaches were also just a walk away. Would recommend to anyone.

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

I had been to Croatia many times and this stay was the best. The apartment is spacious, very nice location - less than 10 minutes walk to various beaches and hiking trails. Shops with food, restaurants less than 5 minutes' walk away. The view from the terrace was fantastic. Marina was very attentive, always ready to answer any question quickly. Banjole is a quiet, relaxed place with great smaller natural beaches, excursions into nature - perfect for relaxing from everyday life. I can recommend everything without reservation and hope to be back sometime.

The accommodation is very large and perfectly located. It is very nicely decorated and very clean. The roof terrace is perfect for morning coffee and sunset and the day to reflect and relax.

The accommodation is fantastically beautiful, the view of the sea is beautiful. Ana is helpful and responds quickly. The location on site is very quiet, it is not far to the beach.

This was our first holiday in Croatia and most certainly won’t be our last. Oliver’s appointment in Pula was amazing, a real home from home and the roof terrace made our stay that extra bit special. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone! Thanks Oli!!

Very nice accommodation and a great and friendly host. Antun welcomed us in person and told us a bit about the house and himself. The place is nicer in real life than in pictures. Very good condition. The apartment is also equipped with a new washing machine that really made our stay easier.

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with plenty of hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness in the entire apartment. Two parking spaces directly next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a whirlpool - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the refrigerator to welcome them. A very, very nice touch that we really appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. The fenced garden, where our dog could move freely, was particularly beautiful. The whirlpool was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We (one adult and two children) stayed with Natascha for 7 days and felt very comfortable. The accommodation was as described and the location was absolutely perfect for us. There is a car park behind the house and the pool and jacuzzi were spotlessly clean. We could hardly get the children out of the pool. Natascha was very helpful and friendly, communication was very fast. All in all, a great location for a great holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay at Marija’s place. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a great sense of privacy, which we really appreciated. The bed was super comfortable, and the outdoor patio with the hot tub was a perfect spot to relax. Marija was a friendly and responsive host, which made everything even better. Highly recommended!

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

Nice studio close to the seashore. Very well-equipped kitchen. Supportive and friendly hosts. Great option of private using sauna and spa for 2 hours per day (better pre-book). Nice cycling routes around. Some restaurants walking distance. Quiet area. In general, highly recommend!
