Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Premantura

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

It is a very nice little cottage with a very large garden that is surrounded by a high fence, so it is perfect for dog owners. We would definitely come back

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

The house is beautifully located in Fazana. We sat on the terrace in front of the house every evening and enjoyed the life of the city. The house is nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Luka met us at the house where the car park is, drove us the short distance to vIlla Carera and showed us where everything was. The location was perfect - in the old town, lots to see nearby and a small supermarket and pharmacy very close by. The house had everything we could want and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the beautiful garden. Really highly recommend Villa Carera.

It has been a joy staying at Sandra’s place. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and offers many amenities that make you feel right at home. It’s within walking distance of Max Shopping Mall (which has free underground parking) and the Lungomare promenade, where you can enjoy various types of beaches — some with sea urchins, some without 😃. Be sure to bring swim shoes, as they’ll come in handy for the rocky shores. The apartment is ideal if you’re bringing your own car or planning to rent one. There are free parking spots around the building, but make sure not to park on the lawn — fines are steep. The city center isn’t right nearby, so if you enjoy walking, you’ll appreciate the distance. Otherwise, you can easily take a bus or rent a bike, scooter, or e-step. A huge shout-out to Sandra for her kindness, proactive communication, and warm hospitality — a top-notch host!

Damir's accommodation is well located, lots of greenery and yet close to the center. A nice walk into the city. The accommodation is well equipped and has everything you need. If you are over 1.70m tall, you sometimes have to duck your head if you don't want to bump your head! Otherwise, the accommodation is worth a recommendation!

Patricija and family were very friendly and kind. Always response very quick whenever I have question. The apartment exactly as described, everything we need was available. The shops just few steps away was very helpful. We have a fantastic time staying in Patricija's apartment in Banjole. Highly recommended.

One of the best AirBnb experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. Iva’s attention to detail and commitment to making a positive experience for her guests shows; beautiful linens, her personal hospitality, spotless, modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment. In between activities we loved spending time on the patio which borders a forest and feels like an oasis. All of this, plus a nice short walk to the enchanting historic center of Rovinj where we enjoyed strolling and fabulous sunsets. Our only regret is that we stayed only 3 nights. We loved the joyful sounds of Croatian music in the air and it was hard to leave. Should have stayed longer.

Nice place to Stay in Pula .

Clean, luxurious villa with pool, private tennis court, sauna, pool table, foosball table, etc. Quality of the facility very satisfactory. Contact with host and villa manager quickly, comprehensively and warmly. By car in about 10 minutes in the city center and at all shopping facilities. Security deposit: For young groups (under 25 years), a deposit of EUR 1000.00 must be deposited (cash or credit card). This is only very hidden in the listing and was not communicated by the host until 1 day prior to arrival. Here we wanted more transparency before booking, as the age group for security deposits is not specified in the listing. (Only "young groups" in the listing) Villa and host highly recommended.

We had a super nice stay in Ivana's villa. There were four of us with two dogs and we had a relaxing vacation. Since the villa is completely fenced, the dogs could jump around wonderfully. In addition, the interior was super nice and luxurious. We will be happy to come back!

Nardi was by far the best host we've experienced in all our Airbnb experiences. He was incredibly friendly, reliable and immediately took care of all concerns. Once, when we asked him to remove a wasp nest, he not only came promptly, but also brought us something to eat, as he did on his second visit. A gesture that touched us deeply. We were particularly impressed by his willingness to help when a family with a child had to be admitted to the hospital at short notice – even here, Nardi offered his support. Just a great host! The accommodation itself is also highly recommended: very clean, tastefully furnished and with a beautiful view. Everything you need is available - and there are no unnecessary things around, which is especially ideal for families with small children. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. Thank you for everything, dear Nardi!

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!
