Holiday rentals with a sauna in Premantura

We had a great stay and Lana was very communicative.

The cottage and the terrace are really like the pictures, all the amenities are beautifully thought out and available. We are happy with our stay, Ingrid and Michael are very nice hosts and live in the upper part of the house, but with occasional encounters, they give you as much privacy as they can.

It was awesome - we will be back for sure! Great Hosts! Great Appartements! Great Area for a Super relaxed stay! More than recommended 😎🥰!

Nice quiet location within 15 mins of Pula Town centre by car and 7 mins to the airport by car. Nicely maintained pool area. Lots of space in the villa. Really nice and helpful host.

Very nice apartment with great view from the balcony. Since the whole village is on a hill, the road to the sea goes downhill. 15 minutes on foot. It's not very difficult to climb back, but we drove with the children. There are small shops nearby. We bought in large supermarkets in the neighboring town of Pula. It's 15 min by car. Fabio is very friendly and responded to all our requests. The apartment has everything you need, even a wine cabinet:)

We are happy to have chosen Robert's accommodation for our holiday in Pola. The house is super tidy and clean, everything you need is there and if that's not enough, Robert is always available to make his guests feel at ease. Robert, an exquisite and caring person, welcomed us with his own cured meats and wines and did not let us leave with a dry throat. An experience to be repeated.

I was on vacation for a week with my group of friends (11 guys) and we had a great time. The house is very nice and with the services described. Quiet area and very close to the center of Medulin where you can find a lot of nice and very good restaurants.

Top-notch property with unique amenities for an apartment. Walkable to the city center yet just far enough to be private and peaceful. Onsite parking. Host is very friendly, proactive, and helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next visit.

Mariette was super friendly and recommended a few local spots to visit. The apartment was clean, inlcuding a newly renovated kitchen with all needed equipment. We had a nice stay and would absolutely recommend her place. Thanks for the small gift before we left, wishing you all the best!!

The villa is superbly located, about 10 minutes from Rovinj. The hosts were very friendly and greeted us personally at check-in and introduced the accommodation. The stay was great even if unfortunately the pool and the WiFi did not always work, which the hosts want to repair in the future. Towels are sufficiently available, but you could bring bed linen. The check-out was also great, the hosts looked through the accommodation with us and then said goodbye. 9.5/10

The place was great and the host was very accommodating. The house has a lot of amenities and everything you need for a vacation especially with children, quiet environment and proximity to the city of Pula.

Great place, cool pool is in the heat :) plus air conditioning and bathroom in every room, nice beaches in the neighborhood. B. good communication with hosts who are kind, helpful, discreet. I recommend, I'd love to come back

It was very nice place.

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼

Absolutely great and clean villa. We felt like at home from the first moment. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes and glasses. There are additional towels for pool and jacuzzi. The entire house is very tastefully decorated. Small minus, there is no mosquito net on the windows and doors.
