Clean and tidy house, helpful host, recommended if you are in the area!

Very good location and well presented. We were warmly greeted by our host, Alma, she couldn’t have been more helpful, engaging, and attentive. Beautiful house set in a medieval village, in the middle of nature. We very much enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the place, just what we needed for a break as we live in London. Thank you Alma for the tasty home made jam you gave us as a gift on our last day. We will definitely go back again!!!

We stayed only one night, yet were deeply touched by the beauty, warmth, and hospitality of this place. The house, both rustic and refined, is immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and furnished with great care and love for detail, absolutely beautiful and stylish. Our host welcomed us with openhearted kindness, and with fresh eggs from his own happy chickens, which we saw roaming freely around the pond. The eggs were exquisite, a gift we truly cherished, and we gladly bought a dozen to take with us. Most importantly for us: it was 100% quiet at night, perfect for those seeking a peaceful, restful sleep. We were so excited about the place that we already made plans to return for a week to explore the area, or to stop by again on our way to vacation or a ferry. A haven for any traveler seeking rest, beauty, and inspiration.

Federico and Rossana are fantastic and we had the most relaxing time staying with them with our 4 older kids. We enjoyed the board games (great games), table tennis and soccer in the barn, the books everywhere, the cats and dogs and chickens, and enjoyable and interesting conversations with Federico and Rossana. Lots of pilgrims staying each night too on the Via Francigena. Berceto is an interesting town and we enjoyed the area. We highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing few days that you won't forget.
