Monthly Rentals in Prater Island

Had a wonderful stay at this Munich apartment! The place was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better - easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The apartment is spacious and pretty, and very comfortable. Especially nice is the veranda, which overlooks the courtyard and has a view of the church. One of the nicest places I have stayed in Munich. Lehel is also one of the nicest neighborhoods: great cafes and restaurants and close to the Garden and transport.

I stayed in Burgi's flat for 3 months while getting set up in Munich, & certainly recommend it for that. The best things about the flat: the view! Location -- walk to UBahn, tram, & bus in 10 minutes, SBahn in 15 mins; 4 different supermarkets within 10 minutes. The kitchen is very well equipped for an Airbnb: lots of knives & utensils, teatowels, a juicer (e.g. for lemons), salt/pepper/oil/vinegar, even a toaster and stick mixer (though I didn't use them). It was also very warm; I only used the radiator in the main room, not those in the kitchen or bathroom. Burgi herself was amazingly responsive and proactive when something went wrong, e.g. arranging a repairman when the handle on the kitchen window broke. The kitchen is a separate room, so you can shut the door on the cooking smells. You can use washers/dryers in the basement (not on Sunday!) for 2.50 euros. It's mainly quiet, with some noise from the neighbours through the wall or cars/sirens. The bathroom fogs up when you shower.
