Premium tiny room, perfect location

Small, lovingly designed room - 12 sqm - in the listed old building facing the leafy courtyard. The windows are protected from view with translucent pleated blinds and an opaque velvet curtain darkens at night. There is a box bed with 140 cm, reading lamp, closet, wall mirror and hanging options. The small bathroom with a towel radiator has no door, but is protected from view when using the toilet and shower. Restaurants and the S-Bahn [suburban train] are minutes away. Wi-Fi for Zoom is too weak.

My friend and I stayed at Reda's place and had a wonderful time. The peaceful setting in a residential neighborhood was great as was the proximity to markets, restaurants, and public transportation. Reda was so kind and welcoming and even met us at the train station to walk us the couple of blocks to the unit. She also checked in on us to ensure all was well. I would gladly stay there again.

The apartment corresponds perfectly to the listing (description and photos). The contact with the host (checkin, etc) went very well, all very professional (because it is a company). Very clean and spacious apartment. Excellent Wifi. The area of the apartment is not exactly the best in Munich (this causes an initial estrangement), but nothing that damages the tourist plan, since it has easy access (walking or public transport) to any part of the city. There is a supermarket exactly in front of the building, which also makes it very easy. Anyway, I recommend !
