Excellent stay, all very clean and organized. The apartment is very tasteful and has all the necessary utensils. Host always responding quickly, great location, everything a 10!

We stay from Friday to Monday. We found an extremely clean, organized, beautiful place, great location (for those who want peace and quiet). Far from the center, but 20 minutes away by car (low season). Fernanda lives up to the name “hostess”: super helpful, always attended to us promptly, a great guide to Ubatuba, recommended tours and restaurants. The Ribeira Mar mall is small but complete, it is less than 5 minutes' walk and has great restaurants and the view from the pier is sensational. There's a really nice grocery store too! We will definitely be back!

The space is true to what is described in the posting. Great location, very close to the beach and quite quiet. The village has perfectly met our goal of resting and accessing the beach without the need to use a car. We are very pleased.

Excellent apartment. We took our five-month-old baby and felt at home. Quiet and very well-equipped place, with all the necessary items for cooking, gourmet barbecue, air conditioning and a warm shower. Good location: 6 min walk from Toninhas beach, we don't even need to take the car out of the garage, just to go to the downtown that is 15 min away by car. We recommend this accommodation for those seeking comfort and practicality.

The apartment has beautiful decoration, looks bigger than in the photos, comfortable, safe and perfectly served my family (me, my wife and my son). The Ana property responded quickly, always with education and sympathy. To be perfect, the neighbors of vacancies could collaborate by parking correctly, but then the owner cannot control it. I liked the locality, knew other districts of Ubatuba, but not Saco da Ribeira, and it was a very pleasant experience, especially for the gastronomic options available nearby… in short, recommend and return in the future.

The apartment is very beautiful, exactly like in the pictures. we arrived and it was well arranged and fragrant, great location for those who have a car and it is also good for those who are on foot. very close to the beach and also to good markets and restaurants. access is easy, all done digitally, the instructions and contact with Flávio were great since we rented the space. we'll be back for sure.

Our stay at Milton's apartment was great, the place is impeccable, clean and organized. we feel super comfortable. very close to Enseada beach, which is quiet for those who have a child. super recommend.

Dani, received us super well, gave us several cool tips. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, with a good location. But some things were poorly washed, for example: airfley had food residue, the cutlery was poorly washed, the blankets with a strong smell of sweat, and the rooms smelling of mold. Me and my husband washed everything, including the blankets, we couldn't use them the way they were. But this did not disrupt our hosting in any way. It was incredible days!! I believe that if you do a good cleaning in the apartment it will be impeccable.

I'll definitely come back more often! The apartment met our expectations and very much, everything very organized I felt at home. Rodrigo was a gigantic kindness!

For those who have a special connection to the sea like me, this is paradise! Very easy access to Lazaro Beach, by car or on foot. Those who enjoy hiking to reach other beaches even by trail or by car through Rio- Santos without difficulties, there are other beautiful beaches in the region as well. The stay of Soraya's space completed a few days of rest and with all comfort, in addition to the view of the balcony that is incredible. The apartment has all the structure, the way that is in the photos even better! We'll be back for sure.

We went as a family for a few days and the truth is that they were super comfortable. The complex is excellent, it has everything you need to be comfortable and at the foot of the beach. The amenities are excellent. Another super point is the area where it is located, Praia das Toninhas, which I thought was much nicer than other beaches in the area. It's super quiet and with services just a few meters away. Highly recommended

I absolutely adored my stay! The airbnb was so cozy and welcoming, the decor gives such a peaceful vibe. The outside patio area is perhaps the most stunning place to just relax, read book, or enjoy a meal at the table. I booked this place to celebrate my 25th birthday with a solo trip. Safety, comfort, and the location were my biggest priorities and this place delivered above and beyond my expectations on all three. Dona Nice helped me the check-in and check-out and she is the most lovely and kind person. She was so flexible and helpful when I explained that I'd be arriving later than expected. Great communication and hospitality!! I am definitely planning on coming again because I adored exploring Ubatuba and getting to come back to such a beautiful and relaxing place at the end of the day. I'm so glad that I spent the weekend here, this has definitely been my favorite airbnb stay! Thank you so much :)

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck at the top was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

Our accommodation was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The clean, organized mto apartment, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Leisure area in the mto boa condominium, with access to swimming pool, park and ice machine. We're already scheduling to go back and referring to friends.
