We stay very calm and secure. Karina was such a good host.

We stay from Friday to Monday. We found an extremely clean, organized, beautiful place, great location (for those who want peace and quiet). Far from the center, but 20 minutes away by car (low season). Fernanda lives up to the name “hostess”: super helpful, always attended to us promptly, a great guide to Ubatuba, recommended tours and restaurants. The Ribeira Mar mall is small but complete, it is less than 5 minutes' walk and has great restaurants and the view from the pier is sensational. There's a really nice grocery store too! We will definitely be back!

The space is beautiful and identical to the photos, it was clean, with clean and smelling bedding. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the pool on the terrace the icing on the cake 🥰 Claudia was very attentive and understanding with an unforeseen event we had and it was necessary to change the date of the trip. Lovely apartment in a secure complex a stone’s throw from one of the best beaches in Ubatuba. There are a few local amenities but Ubatuba proper is only a 15 min drive away. The apartment is modern and well appointed with a lovely view of the pool area that has grill stations for a churrascaría. 24 hour security and face recognition access means you feel very safe, although the local area is very peaceful and not at all threatening. The beach is only a short walk away and is lovely.

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

One of the best places I've ever stayed, everything was wonderful, the accommodations were impeccable. I will definitely return again and again. I thank Lucas for all the tips and flexibility offered.

Simply perfect, sir Ivan was extremely attentive making himself available for any eventuality. The apartment is wonderful, with an amazing view of both the rooms and the balcony. It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

The hosts were helpful from the first contact. The house is clean and very well equipped. The location is favorable, with several beach options nearby (south and north of Ubatuba). The accommodations are excellent with a fan and air-conditioning, everything working perfectly. We had the house full and the infrastructure served us very well! Very nice the house, td clean and working and the space of the condominium tbm is very nice. Very great pool and game room. Nearby Supermarket. But you have to pick up the car to get things done. It is near the highway and walking with a child has no way. But by car it is quiet to go to tbm beach.
