Wonderful place, the photos don't show how delicious the house is. The house was very clean, it has all the necessary utensils. Marco is very attentive and helpful, we liked it a lot!

The house is excellent, everything works perfectly, beautiful and modern as in the photos, not to mention the impeccable cleanliness of the property. We were very well received, attentive and polite staff. The condominium is very beautiful, it has a very good space for children to play. Sununga beach was very agitated, Lázaro beach is great for children and very beautiful too. Nothing to complain about, just an observation that I think is interesting to leave. The garage of the house we stayed in is a little tight, we went in two cars Toro and Fastback, the toro did not fit, the Fastback was in the measure. Even so, there is another positive point, Milton was very helpful in solving it, and on the same day he arranged a space in one of the condominium's garages so that I could park my car. I think it's valid, check availability before traveling. The house, the hosts and the staff are top notch.

This place was great for my family and I, we loved the proximity to the beach and the area. Alessandra was extremely responsive, and any time we had questions, she was very quick to respond. I would recommend staying here!

Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

We loved the stay!!! Comfortable house, very well taken care of, privacy and tranquility. Very close to the beach, supermarkets nearby! We even extended our stay for another day and everything was smooth without any bureaucracy. We will definitely return.

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

Ball Show, clean, airy, quiet and complete house, for those who want comfort and quiet this and the place, can go without fear!!!! In addition to being very safe, it is very close to the beaches of Lázaro, Domingo Dias, and Sununga, these three to walk very quickly, do not even need to leave the condominium that gives direct access to the beach, many days the car does not leave the garage to enjoy!!!! Extremely wonderful location. We don't use a car for anything Vick hyper mega polite, always answered very fast. Wonderful house, flawless cleanliness. I have an Autista son, and I didn't know how he would feel, he LOVED the place. We'll be back for sure. I recommend it.

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

I spent the holiday at the house with close friends and it met all our needs! Very well cared for, well-equipped kitchen, helpful hostess and we were comfortable. The very well-kept garden brought us warmth. The only unforeseen event we had was the end of the gas cylinder while we were cooking, but it was resolved in a short time! I definitely recommend the reservation.

This was my second stay at the house — and once again it exceeded expectations. The space is even better than in the photos: spacious, comfortable and cozy. We stayed 10 days in the house and had a great experience. The house is cozy, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the beaches of Lázaro and Domingas Dias, which makes it much easier, especially for those with children. The beaches are amazing, and we were lucky to enjoy sunny days throughout the stay. I recommend to those seeking comfort and practicality to enjoy the coast.

André was exceptional, we got rain, which is normal for the city but on the last day the sun came out he was helpful with the late checkout. Highly recommended

Our stay at Carlos' house was excellent! The house is beautiful, with a decoration full of personality and life, which conveys the cozy feeling of being at home. It is super comfortable, equipped with all the necessary utensils for a quiet stay. The surroundings are surrounded by nature, very quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. There is a grocery store on the corner, which makes everyday life much easier, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, both Carlos and Leandro were extremely helpful and responded super fast whenever we needed. Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made our arrival and departure much easier. It was an amazing experience and we certainly want to go back!

Juliet's place is wonderful! It doesn't make you want to leave. The lawn is amazing. The dogs love to play in it. The house is a 5-minute walk from Lazaro beach and 10 min walk from Sununga beach. If you have the mood to walk a little more, it is easy to reach the beach of Domingas Dias (paradise on Earth). Staff, they can rent the house without fear. It is well worth it. Julieta and Railda are amazing people.

I'm my family. Total of 8 people and a dog we spent an amazing weekend at Lucas' house. The well-equipped house was not missing anything for us to eat. Clean bathrooms, working showers, hot water in the kitchen sink, lawn in the middle of the house, working air-conditioning and there is no smell of mold in the bedrooms. We hope to come back more often. Lucas always very polite and kind 🙏 we are grateful to share a space like this that we have a good time
