Cozy and well-equipped apartment, good location, close to the beach.

We stay very calm and secure. Karina was such a good host.

The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, the view of the mountains is amazing, it is cozy, quietly accommodates 4 people, although we are in 3, enough utensils, it was clean, organized. Set Ribeira is a very good building, from walking to the mall stream, which has an amazing pizzeria. It is possible to walk on the beach of ribeira, and it is also very close to other wonderful beaches, such as Domingas Dias, for example. Communication with Thalita was perfect, she is very friendly and it was possible to make the check in more flexible. Anyway, I recommend with my eyes closed!

The apartment has beautiful decoration, looks bigger than in the photos, comfortable, safe and perfectly served my family (me, my wife and my son). The Ana property responded quickly, always with education and sympathy. To be perfect, the neighbors of vacancies could collaborate by parking correctly, but then the owner cannot control it. I liked the locality, knew other districts of Ubatuba, but not Saco da Ribeira, and it was a very pleasant experience, especially for the gastronomic options available nearby… in short, recommend and return in the future.

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

The house is clean, organized and has everything we need, very cozy, we only suggested putting a small curtain on the kitchen window for greater comfort and privacy of the guests and he will do this soon. 👏🏽 Robson is very attentive and helpful, he suggested beaches and tours and he was attentive at all times when we needed him. The house is very well equipped, everything works (showers, lights, air conditioning, TV) and super clean. The location is excellent: in front of the path that leads to the beach, in less than 5 minutes on foot you arrive. The comments here about the noise of street cars did not bother us: it is a light move at the time of departure from the beach. at night a silence. We went to a family of 4 adults and two children and everything went super well! Communication with Carol is great and we had a great stay! We left the night before check-in only to get away from holiday traffic, otherwise we would stay longer! Recommended!

the house is beautiful and very good taste.. the only points you can improve is on the electric part and cleaning, leave the house airy the day before guests use. It smelled a lot of mold, and some food crumbs. but it would come back.

I liked it a lot! It is a very large house, with several guest rooms, where the pool area, living room and kitchen are shared. I went in low season (June) and the house was very quiet. I stayed in the guest house with my husband, two children and two babies, and it served us perfectly. You can hear the sound of the sea, the view is simply perfect. The kitchen is very complete, I just missed a microwave, but the shared kitchen has everything, and it can be used. It had clean bedding and pillows. I loved that there was a full-length mirror in the bedroom and a clothesline on the floor (that's really needed). The only downside is that the road to get there is very bad. If you don't have a car, I don't recommend it. The beach is not so close on foot, as it is necessary to go down the hill to get there, and the path is quite deserted, surrounded by forest, beautiful, but I found it dangerous to walk alone. That's why I couldn't get out on foot with a stroller.

The property is sensational! Very beautiful and comfortable, with the best-equipped kitchen I've ever seen in this type of lodging, had everything we needed. It also had a well-kept garden, equipment in perfect operation, with everything very clean and organized. The beach is very close, less than 200 meters away. Me and my family spent wonderful days there. Since before booking until the time of the stay, we have always been very well served and assisted by Sandro. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, just congratulate and thank you!

Chalé as described in the advertisement, functional and sufficient for a couple. Great location for lodging with everything close by and all necessary utesilios, great beaches and options. We made 90% without using a car. Lazaro Beaches 5min, Sununga and Domingas Dias in 20 min of light walking. Leo always helpful and responded quickly to needs. We had a little problem with wifi and TV, but it did not hinder our stay. I took two dogs, one large and one medium, accommodated well on-site. I took the beach at times with little movement and had no problems, they swam at Lazarus. I recommend it without restrictions.

My stay was great, the chale is well located, 10 min from Lazaro beach walking, 7 min drive from dominga days beach and 18 min from the large beach of Ubatuba, in addition to being 10 min of porpoons by car as well. The chale is super well equipped, with powerful refrigerator, new airfryer, beach chair, cooler and umbrella so we can use. The swimming pool is great, runs from 09 to 21, with a top cascade, has two steakhouses also to use by reservation, has a super market on the street of chale, several restaurants in nearby, I spent incredible days with my daughter there. Denise is amazing, responds fast and gives great tips to get the best out of the region. The only one I didn't like is that it's over, unfortunately. I highly recommend, for couples, family with or without children. Another point too, there is a box with two games for you to have fun with the family at the chale, I found it well topped as well. Anyway, 0 Defects :)

i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. It was in communication all the time to know if it was all right if I was enjoying it if I had slept well without words, she is a super nice and educated person, not to mention that she sent me directions about the best beaches. About the apartment only positive things all new, complete kitchen left nothing to wish for, the condominium is also top everyone respects the super quiet rules I had no problem for me so far it was the best trip I've ever made by Airbnb beaches, top apartment, I don't see the time to come back again.
