The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

I loved the stay. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped to meet the needs well, especially for those who travel in large groups like us (9 people). The location is excellent close to markets, pharmacy, restaurants, a few meters from Pintagueiras beach that won our heart.

My whole family loved our stay at Ively’s house. There were 12 of us and the house had more than enough room for all of us. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and pristine. Would definitely visit again.

Our experience was very positive! The hostess received us very well, always attentive and available. We had a setback with the check-in and she was extremely understanding, which made all the difference. The house is very faithful to the photos and close to everything, even though it is close to a more dangerous neighborhood, we felt safe and calm throughout the stay. The space has a lot of potential and could be even more welcoming and cozy with a renovation of some items and attention to the overall look, as some furniture is a little more rigid, in addition to showing some wear and tear over time. Still, this did not compromise the stay, which was very pleasant. I recommend it!

The apartment is in line with the photos, but without the pleasant feeling of being by the sea, with the privilege of being on two beaches in Guarujá in a few steps. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom that I used as an office, because while my family took advantage of the city I worked (the environment is airy and has a support countertop, the sign of the wifi there is less intense, but did not harm me). There are basic utensils, tv and comfortable beds. The showers are very good. It has two accesses (social and service), which allows better comfort. Building staff are communicative and helpful. We had no problem. There is the sea, common due to proximity. There are nearby markets, bakeries and restaurants, I recommend Avelinos, Anderson's Pizzeria and Pizza and Chopp Halle for seafood. Were very good days. Thanks to Ivan for the prompt communication. Would recommend.

A Malu and Mr. Jose are amazing, super attentive, helpful and patient with my various questions. The kitchen was super equipped, I can't remember anything we needed that wasn't there, even a pizza cutter was available! Impeccable location, super close to the beach. Comfortable bed and the “mesona” in the living room for 8 people provided us with great meal times, just like Sunday lunch with the family. Malu's special attention in providing blankets, because we had a very cold weekend, was incredible, they were really warm. Just one point of opportunity, nothing that discredits, some outlets are old, we need some adapters to charge the laptop. Malu, I wish you much more success and thank you for everything! Excellent, everything was as published in the app, very cozy, perfect location, markets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, etc., all close, including the city's mall several blocks from the apartment.

Renting in Ivete I allow myself to live the life of a 100% Brazilian, she guided me and with bicycle you can travel by cycle via via playa to the house. super functional everything, I tour beaches and supermarkets that provide you with everything from food by weight to frozen, visit a fair on Saturday, the sun almost falls in the sea a beautiful spectacle. I recommend to those who feel like to make a quiet, comfortable vacation with Magic.

We had a wonderful 7 days, the house smelled good, well equipped with kitchen utensils, comfortable sofas and the bed provided us with great nights of sleep. The house as a whole is wonderful, beautiful garden, great space for those who will take a dog, we took our Bully who enjoyed the house and the beach a lot. Quiet neighborhood, many shopping options, quiet streets day and night. We thank the hosts José and Laura for welcoming us with affection, always giving tips on places and restaurants. Beautiful beach, we had no difficulty getting there, wonderful experience, I recommend the space to everyone.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bedding. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

Co-host Katia was very solicitous, she always responded with agility, education and kindness. The apartment was super clean, we used the bed and bath linen and we had no problems. The condominium is a little old, with small elevators, but the large and spacious apartment, characteristic of older buildings, pays off. Our only point of reservation is about the instructions for access to the beach on foot, as we had to figure out a way to use the elevators of the other towers, pass through the garages, to be able to go up and down without having to use stairs, since we were with 3 children. The view from the bottom suite is wonderful, sea noise hitting the stones all night long! We traveled in three couples, each with a child and a dog, and it was great; we indicated it!

Good our experience in Renata's apartment was wonderfulaa, in the photos it is not possible to see the surreal beauty that is the view we are all enchanted, the apartment has everything, we all feel at home, the rooms are very comfortable we sleep very well, until my 6-month-old niece passed very well, because the apartment has support for the baby, the apartment has everything in the kitchen as in everything, it is very complete spacious and cozy, we spent incredible days, the condominium counts with a lot of leisure, we enjoyed the gym very much, I saw many comments that had to walk a lot, but it is not true because the elevators leave where we want to go, and even with the car of to go, I only have compliments for my stay in the AP of Renata, and Renata was an excellent polished gentleman always giving support to everything we need, the beach is very close and has all the support of the chairs and sunscreen made it very easy, the condominium has a lot of leisure, and ❤️ I'm sure to recommend it
