My family and I had a great stay. Very clean, cozy apartment, full of options for adults and children. The location is wonderful, close to everything and especially the beach. Sandra was very attentive and polite. And all the information she gave us was exactly as she told us. Wonderful and cozy place.

We've stayed in the area in hotels and Airbnb before, but this has been the best so far. Clean, organized, well located place, close to a market that has everything, easy access to the cove beach and other beaches, gas station and with a good playground for children. I recommend!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

We spent wonderful days! The apartment is very well accommodated and cozy. The condominium is perfect!! So perfect that we didn't know if we were at the beach or in the pools!!! The apartment is close to the beach, to walk and one thing I observed is also that the neighborhood is very safe. I stayed in Beatriz's apartment twice and I will certainly return. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, with a privileged view! It has everything you need for a long stay. Very complete and everything working. The beds are comfortable and the showers work well! The building is wonderful with a very clean pool, gym and game room. The staff are friendly and attentive. To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. Great stay, everything was clean and organized. The air conditioning saved us, because it was really hot. The host was very nice, gave the necessary support and tips on beaches and places to go. Very close to the beach, about 2 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and there is a market downstairs, which makes it easier if you need anything! Everything excellent!

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bedding. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

The house was clean and organized, the place has an excellent restaurant in front of the house, a market and a beverage store nearby, we liked the accommodation, it was good for my family, Ricardo promptly answered our questions, I recommend it.

Great stay in an impeccable home We rented this house in Guarujá to reunite our family and the experience was excellent. The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, well-equipped, clean and very well maintained. All rooms are comfortable and functional, ideal for large groups. The outdoor area is a standout, perfect for moments of leisure and rest. The entire structure has fully met our expectations.
