great place!!! the house delivers everything and a little more, we went as 13 people and the house supported all of us well. both inside the bed and in the barbecue area.

The house is huge, well distributed and extremely clean, the pool area is large, the owner of the house helped us with any questions that arose.

The house has a great structure, well located (10 min from Enseada beach). Vitoria and Bianca are super kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience the weekend we spent there. We recommend it!!!

Edson/Juliana's hosting was excellent! The house is large, the pool area is beautiful. We went on foot to the beach, only 2 blocks away. Edson also helped me by passing on information about nearby markets and restaurants, the house is great, I will return more often!

All perfect, the very good house very spacious and accommodated to all of us peacefully, it was clean and well organized, kitchen equipped with everything we needed and the place is very close to the beach, very quiet neighborhood I have nothing to complain about, Paulo very requested, clarified all our doubts and was willing to help us the time we needed, I highly recommend it and I will come back more times!

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Excellent experience in every aspect! Host Juliana was simply amazing: always helpful, kind and quick to answer any questions or needs. From check-in to departure, everything was flexible and adaptable to our schedules, which made the trip a lot easier. Whenever something came up to adjust, she listened carefully and immediately resolved, whether it was a specific request or even a special request we made. Also, the homemade José deserves attention! He was extremely attentive and professional, keeping the site impeccable daily. The pool was always clean, the trash was collected with punctuality. The place was a surprise. The location is scary at first, but as Rodrigo said, it's a very quiet neighborhood. Besides having a lot of convenience nearby and the people are great. Rodrigo was very solicitous, fast and effective in his communication. It was very worth it, especially for Enseada beach, which is very close, clean and comfortable. The only improvement is that I did not feel so much privacy, because the upstairs house is very accessible and areas are shared. Of course, it was great.

We arrived and soon Mr. João came to attend to us. Think of a friendly and playful caretaker. We were treated very well, Henrique was super helpful and flexible. Casa is exactly like the photos, location very close to the beach, we were walking every day, bakery, supermarket and a gallery very close to the location! Safe house, spacious garage, new utensils! We spent wonderful days at the house of Enio, in Guarujá! The house is complete, extremely comfortable, with a delicious outdoor area, excellent pool and everything very safe.
