Our stay was perfect and exceeded all expectations! The apartment is amazing, super cozy and very well located. A Nathalia and Mr. Elizeu were exceptional, super caring and kind hosts. Condomínio is super complete, with an exceptional structure and with extremely educated employees. Everything cooperated so that the stay was impeccable. I recommend too much and I hope to return soon.

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

The apartment is very good! The view is spectacular! The bed is spacious and comfortable, with bedding and pillows. The kitchen is complete and even has an air fryer, which makes everyday life much easier. The shower is very nice too. The living room and the balcony/veranda are very spacious and pleasant. The internet is excellent and the TV also gets everything. The doormen are very attentive, especially Belmiro, who even opened the elevator door for us to go up. The location is the best in Guarujá. If I could, I would have stayed there.

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds.
