The apartment was super nice, spacious and furnished to a high standard, with all amenities such as dishwasher, Nespresso machine, rain showers. The fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is downright luxurious. The location is sensational - 50 meters to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the private parking. The vacation was great all around! Dario as a host was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, always available for questions, very flexible (for example, we were able to enter the apartment earlier than actually planned). We felt welcome and valued by him - it couldn't get any better.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Nicola’s place! Every single detail has been so thoughtfully considered. The space is exactly as pictured (if not better!), and everything, from the bed to the living areas, was comfortable and beautifully designed. The location was perfect-peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t use the bicycles, it was great to know they were available if we wanted them, just another thoughtful touch! Nicola was outstanding, so kind, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, and his attentiveness to every little detail made us feel genuinely cared for. The private rooftop terrace was a dream. We loved having the upstairs kitchen to prepare lunches and dinners with a view, and the pool was the ideal escape from the heat. This place is a gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back!

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb. We travelled with our 1 year old here and it was PERFECT! They had a high chair and pack n play for us, lifesaver. They also had all sorts of baby cups and dishes! The place was super clean, air conditioned and had everything we needed. Francesco was amazing to communicate with. Pietrasanta is also a small slice of heaven - the place is incredibly located to get there very quickly and to the beach!! Thank you for a very memorable stay.

Not only was the apartment clean, modern and beautifully designed, Ornella was personable & informative. The location is a very short walk to where everything is happening in this historic town of Pietrasanta.
