Very comfortable and cozy house and very well equipped. Fantastic for a family vacation. We have already been twice in the winter and we love the house, always warm and the fireplace is great! Carina is a great host and all communication with her is always simple and easy!

We arrived late due to flight delays and issues at Faro airport so it was early morning before we arrived at the property. Our biggest issue was getting the key with a numbered lock where light was an issue and the number we were provided did not work. We sent a query to Sally and she responded very quickly with a different code. Very responsive and proactive. Property tripped an electrical circuit which we could not locate and Sally provided details of the electrical conduit and also offered to provide physical support. Place was as described. Big rooms and very relaxing in a suburban quiet area but close to amenities. Exactly what we were looking for.

Nice and spacious house. Great location and great views. Close to the sea and shops.

An excellent place for a rest of the mind, in the midst of nature and with beautiful landscapes. A place to visit more than once. Would recommend.

Isabel was an excellent host. Always helpful and ready to clarify what was necessary. The house is absolutely wonderful, ideal to escape the stress of the city and spend a few days totally disconnected. The view is magnificent. It was a repeat stay.

Very nice house with everything you could want for a quiet and comfortable stay in a beautiful surroundings and amazing view. We were a group of 7 people and we enjoyed every minute staying in the house, making good use of the pool, outside area, kitchen and bbq. Jose Manuel and Sofia were great hosts, providing good and swift answers eveytime we needed. Short note regarding driving. The roads in this side of Portugal can be curvy with a lot of hills, so we recommend taking good time and drive slowly. Apple and Gggle Maps can be a little tricky in this side of the world as sometimes it can take you to narrow streets only because it makes the route shorter by few meters so usually it is best to stay on roads marked as national roads (N***).

Casa Grande is an amazing house, we loved our experience, because yes it is an experience! The path to Covelinhas is very steep, you have to be careful when crossing cars. The pool is superb, the rooms are all lovely. There are two small cafes nearby but otherwise we travel by car. I would highly recommend it.

We really like our stay! Mrs. Lira is very friendly and always available for everything. We were entitled to breakfast consisting of ham, cheese, milk, butter and every morning Mrs. Lira left us fresh bread. The space is very pleasant, the pool is great and the farm is all very beautiful! The farm kittens are all very friendly and came to ask for parties every day. We recommend it and plan to return 😊

it is an excellent place with a very gentle landlord. I can only hope for Mr Luciano his next guests will not burn as much wood as we did The place is excellent

We had a great stay. Perfect home for family holiday. Very well equiped kitchen and other very comfortable spaces other. Outdoor space is stupendous with a fabulous view over the Douro river. Sofia and José were fantastic hosts. Always available and very friendly. We recommend and will be back!

Luis was very friendly and kind. The room is as in the photos, there is a very useful water dispenser, a TV, Wi-Fi and it is close to Metro Casa da Musica. I personally didn't use the kitchen because I was not comfortable with the space, but that is subjective I think. Thank you Luis for your help and advice! Obrigada!!!

The house is in a village with a beautiful setting, it is a very quiet area and you are very at ease in the house,. It has a back deck where you can have breakfast with great views.

We had an amazing stay !! We felt right at home. Clean house, with all the basic and necessary utensils. Communication with hosts was great. Very friendly and available. The location is more than excellent. The smell of the freshly washed sheets was one of the highlights😍. It's good to feel at home when you're away from home. I'll definitely be back! We spent a week in August in Lagos and just loved it! The apartment is very well appointed and we had everything we needed for our stay. We are a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teenagers) and found the complex close to the Marina and Old Town where all the restaurants and shopping is which was ideal for us. Its very easy to get around on foot or Uber/Taxi. We spent a lot of time at the pool and it was never too crowded, the area is well looked after and always looked inviting, it was very handy having the Club House open for cocktails and light lunches. Our hosts were very understanding and accommodating with check out times which made a huge difference for us to enjoy our last day in Lagos. We would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back!

The apartment is lovely and spacious. Has everything you need. The town is lovely, and the people in it are very friendly. The highlights were the Irish pub right next door and the blue hut on the beach which had amazing live music. The beach was very quiet and peaceful. This was a great deal!

What a wonderful stay we had at Sonia and Rui’s house. It was very well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were both very responsive, helpful and friendly. The area is very quiet with nice neighbours. There are 2 balconies with a lovely view of the lake, a barbecue, and the house itself is very spacious. The village shop is a short car journey, which is well stocked. We travelled mostly to Tomar (approximately 20 mins by car) where there are a fantastic range of larger supermarkets and restaurants. The direct water access was absolutely fantastic for us, and we spent most of our time on the water/at the lake. The launch itself is a short drive away, but not an issue to get to. The access to the lake is fairly steep, but walkable/accessible. Our 3 year old managed this fine, and couldn’t wait to go swimming in the lake everyday. There is also a shared condominium pool, and was quiet during our stay. We were sad to leave, but will be back!

We loved Lili' place. Views were amazing. The apartment comfortable, bright and shows pride of ownership. Lili was responsive, friendly, answered all our question and sent lots of suggestions. Before arrival, Lili coordinated an all day tour for us with Marco, it was expectacular and Marco was a great tour guide! Our only regret is that we needed more time to explore the island. There is so much to see! note: Even w/o air conditioning, the apartment was comfortable to sleep in. 100% recommend Lili's place!
