Great stay in Coimbra! Very clean and tidy room, we stayed for one night and enjoyed the breakfast that was great, on the terrace with panoramic views!

Staying in the Maverick guesthouse was a unique experience. Dinis, Julia, Andrea, Daniel & Chiara gave us a warm welcome & made us feel "at home" during the whole stay. Would recommend the Maverick to surf lovers, families with children who like to (learn to) surf & people enjoing the beach while watching the surfers.

Tania was a great host, always there to help and answer questions. Her hostel is a very nice place, clean and cozy, with a big kitchen that has everything you could ask for. The bathroom was very clean. We were lucky to stay there while there were almost no other guests, so we didn't have to share the room—which had a big balcony with view on Pico mountain by the way. If we come back to São Jorge, we will definitely stay at Marficas Hostel again!

Not my first time at the hostal but as always I enjoy staying here. Luis is a great host. Highly recommended. 5 stars for everything.

We had a lovely stay, We had room number two and I admit that this location is not ideal because there is passage. But it went very well. I advise you to rent a car because by public transport we are more than an hour from Lisbon. While with a car in 30 minutes we're there. I recommend 😉

Pertinho da metro station but for those who like to walk, like me, to go on foot to some of Lisbon's main places, such as the Miradouro da Graça and the Alfama area. I, my mother and my two canine babies love it, especially our room. Clean bathroom with hairdryer. And the decor is impeccable. Reception staff, a love. Recommend!!!

Very clean , cosy and comfortable place just in a heart of center. We stayed with our kids and everything was just perfect . 👍

I stayed there for 3 nights and it was great! You can reach other beaches if you want within a few minutes. Sagres itself also offers you everything you need.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The employees were super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast every morning was very convenient, and the location of the hostel is amazing. Everything was very clean, and they even replaced my towels for me part way through my stay.

Ana is amazing, very attentive and very good people, the hostel is nice and very new, the bathrooms, the kitchen, everything is perfect and organized, and the area is great because it is close to the beach and you can look out the window and see the waves of the sea, I really recommend this place for all those people who want to come and relax a little, everything was very good. The hostel is very nice and has everything you need plus two lovely cats. Everything was clean well equipped and working. The only minor flaw was the bed that was very squeaky só every time you move during the night you wake up and everyone else in the room às well hahahaha. But all in all highly recommended the host was very nice and flexible highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in a place that feels like home
