Belonging to our family for 6 generations an old barn was carefully rebuild in 2017 and adapted into two contemporary guest houses breathing history and tradition. Our 30 sq. cosy private suite offers an equipped kitchenette and an open living and dining room and is ideal for couples or small families. The bedroom and living area are divided by custom made wooden furniture so we could keep the space open and full on natural light. The suite also offers a private terrace with outdoors furniture.

The private garden area of this house is 100 m2 with sunny and shadow spots and garden furniture. 3 km away is the Caminha with terraces and restaurants, known for its natural beauty and local gastronomy. Beautiful beaches, rivers, water-mill, and mountains to explore.

Casa das Oliveiras is a T1 with large and bright rooms. The bedroom has a king-size double bed, a large wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed and includes an open-space fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is large and has a walk-in shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and high speed internet, and has a private pateo and a private solarium on the roof-top terrace. Private parking is provided at Quinta da Pintassilga and guests have access to the pool.

On clear days you can can see the ocean and on the other the Monchique Mountains. If you love the simple beauty of lush nature, the stars and the silence at night which only allows to listen to the sound of the owle and the fox, you are just right with us. A few years ago, we opened our Canto de Rainha: A former barn that was completely expanded by us. A large living room with kitchen and beautiful bathroom as well as a very well-developed high floor as a sleeping level offer comfort and a very cozy ambience. The loft had only one main bed (1st floor), but we can open an airbed at the living room (+2) at the main floor for you if you request it. #SerretaIslandHome
